Amara Villas is a brand new holiday complex, consisted of 3 independent Villas, each one with its own private pool.

The location of Amara Villa I is ideal for a car free holiday, as the sandy beach is just 100 metres away and our guests have access to private sun beds, just for them. Also, all daily amenities are within walking distance, facilitating your every day needs and the city of Rethymno, with its picturesque Old Town is only 3 Km away.

Amara Villa I is a three-storey 210 sq. m. luxurious residence, decorated in a minimal, holiday style and attention was paid in every detail, having our guests comfort in mind, using high quality design and furnishings throughout. The Villa can comfortably accommodate 8 guests in its 4 bedrooms and up to 10 if necessary.

Indoor Layout

Lower Floor

On the lower level of the Villa guests can find two bedrooms, one of which features an en-suite bathroom with shower cabin and double bed (1,60 X 2,00 m) and the other one with a double bed (1,60 X 2,00 m). All bedrooms are air conditioned and are equipped with 32 HDTVs and comfortable mattresses. The playroom with 49 HDTV with Netflix, Playstation 4, bluetooth speaker, board games and siting area with sofa, will offer many pleasant moments to you and your family and also offers access to the pool terrace through a staircase. Also, the sauna, static bike, treadmill and two yoga mats will help you keep in shape during your holiday. Additionally, an extra bathroom with shower cabin can be found on this level. Finally, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is also available.
Ground Floor

Reaching the ground floor, you will find yourselves in a cosy, open plan area consisted of the living room and kitchen. The living area provides two comfortable sofas, 49 HDTV, as well as pool view and direct access to a veranda, equipped with an outdoor dining area. Furthermore, the fully equipped kitchen with wine cooler and indoor dining area provides all necessary appliances and equipment for your self catered vacation. Additionally, one more bedroom with a double bed (1,60 X 2,00 m) and en-suite bathroom with shower cabin can also be found on this level.

First Floor

After ascending a few stairs, guests can find the third double bedroom (1,60 X 2,00 m) of he Villa, which offers an en-suite bathroom with shower cabin, as well as access to a balcony equipped with patio furniture and a large veranda featuring an outdoor jacuzzi, outdoor siting area and a table tennis, also enjoying sea views and overlooking the pool.

Outdoor area

The beautifully landscaped outdoor area and the pool terrace are fully fenced offering total privacy to our guests. More specifically our outdoor facilities include:

- 50 sq. m. private swimming pool (1,50 m. deep) featuring a special compartment for children (0,50 m. deep).

- 6 comfortable sun beds, 2 chaise longues and umbrellas

- Outdoor sitting area

- Playground for our young guests

- Shaded veranda with outdoor dining area (with direct access to the living room)

- Shaded veranda on the first floor, featuring a 5 seater hot tub, ping pong table and outdoor living room

- 2 bicycles are available upon request

INFORMATION ABOUT THE AREA

The Villa is located in Missiria area in Rethymno.

Misiria is a consecutive suburb of Rethymnon.

A long sandy beach stretches along the area, which is an extension of vast north coastline that starts near the harbour of Rethymno and extends to the east for 13km till Skaleta beach. It is very well organised, with a plethora of choices for food, drink and beach bars.

Like in all parts of the long beachfront, loggerhead sea turtles (Caretta caretta) lay their eggs here. The turtles are threatened with extinction, but the Rethymno Gulf is one of the three most important places for the species in Greece, bearing annually more than 400 nests in average.

The town of Rethymno also offers many sightseeing spots, such as the Fortezza fortress, the Venetian harbour, several mosques, the municipal garden and more. Furthermore, several picturesque villages are within close proximity ideal for walks around the area.
