Isla del Baron - A Murcia Holiday Rentals Property

Spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment within secure gated grounds. With all mod cons home from home.
Fully air conditioned. 3 large communal pools. Comes with free use of sun beds and deckchairs. Very close to all amenities 3 minutes walk to the nearest supermarket, 5 minutes walk to the main strip/bars/restaurants and the beach is only 800 meters away. Everything is on your doorstep.

The Area
The Costa Calida is situated in the south-east of the Iberian Peninsula. To the north lies the Costa Blanca and to the south lies the Costa de Almeria with a total of 250 kilometres of coastline.

Blessed by the mild Mediterranean climate it has at least 315 days of sun per year. Minimum temperatures range between 12-14C and maximum temperatures between 20-22C in winter. Summer temperatures vary between 18-20C minimum and between 30-35C maximum. The average annual temperature is 18C.

The seawater is warm and very pleasant for bathing. It is unique in that there is a peninsula which runs parallel to the coastline thus forming the Mar Menor (small sea).

The people are gentle and helpful, the whole region is well worth taking the time to explore and the good living is to be enjoyed.

Please note the air conditioning is included, subject to a fair usage policy, which means that a sufficient allowance for standard use is included and anything above will be chargeable.

Perfect accommodation for a two week stay

Perfect accommodation for a two week stay while i was visiting family...During the time here I needed to continue my work which is all onlie, so i had concern about the wifi, but the team accommodated me and helped me feel right at home...will stay here again in future

apartamento esta bien,

La localizacion, en una zona tranquila,cerca de supermercados(3-4minutos anando) y a 10 minutos andando del paseo maritimo.Tambien esta cerca de la salida a otras direcciones. El apartamento esta bien, con2 habitaciones, sala, 20 baños y un hermoso balcón.

Nice complex

It was good that the apartment has two bathrooms. There is lots of English television channels available. The location is great as it is a short walk to all the bars and restaurants. In the description of the apartment it says that air conditioning is included. But there is a pre payment meter which has £10 euros pre paid. But we had to top it up. I think it is misleading saying that the air conditioning is included.
