Modern villa with Private pool (Heated on request), Air con, No car needed
This modern villa sleeps 5 adults, it boasts two bedrooms, (the large bedroom has a kingsize bed and the smaller room has a bunk bed). It has a walk in shower room, kitchen with washing machine & dishwasher, and living area with a bed settee. The villa has a private 6x4 metre pool so large enough to swim or play, it can also be heated for an additional cost. The outdoor area has a bbq area and sun terrace. There are a number of great golf courses nearby.
Check in is 4pm, check out is 11am
Air conditioning credit is provided for your stay, this is adequate if used economically, if more is required this can be purchased locally.

We are a family from South Wales who have bought this property between us, the age range is from 0 - 92 and we all love the area.
Why they chose this property
We've discussed buying a property in Spain for years and looked at lots of different areas, this was our favourite location as we can walk to everything including the Mar Menor beaches, bars and restaurants and don't need to have a hire car. Also having a private swimming pool was a must for us.
What makes this property unique
The property has been kitted out to suit all ages, it was a dream to buy a property in Spain so we take very good care of it.
