Une maison avec un jardin agréable, de grandes chambres et une hôtesse attentionnée

Maison bien équipée avec un très beau cadre Deux points laissent à désirer : un seul bloc clim et une route dangereuse pour les piétons pour se rendre à la mer

Come rovinare una bel soggiorno

Premetto che la villetta e’ in una posizione ottima vicina al mare ma nella tranquillità della campagna ed è anche ben organizzata con due camere , la sala cucina, per la verità un po’ angusta, ma l’area esterna coperta molto comoda , la zona barbecue etc… tutto sarebbe stato molto bello e piacevole nonostante piccoli inconvenienti che abbiamo accettato di buon grado (formiche sempre presenti anche in casa a meno di non lavare il pavimento tutti i giorni, doccia che dopo qualche giorno si è rotta buttando acqua dal tubo ma abbiamo ovviato usando quella esterna anche se con una bambina piccola non è il massimo, telecomando del climatizzatore che ha smesso di funzionare ma lo abbiamo acceso e spento tramite il quadro elettrico, telecomando del cancello carrabile che ha smesso di funzionare ma ho cambiato le batterie a mie spese e si è risolto, lavatrice vecchissima e sporca che non abbiamo avuto il coraggio di utilizzare, una sedia che si è rotta mentre ci stavo sopra senza per fortuna che mi facessi male ma forse sono io che devo mettermi a dieta…..) . Però come vi sentireste se dopo avere informato la proprietà dei piccoli disguidi senza chiedere alcun ripristino spiegando che non erano un problema …. Il giorno dopo essere andati via vi sentiste chiamare dalla proprietaria che vi dice che il telecomando del cancello non ha più funzionato e che lo dobbiamo ripagare perché lo abbiamo rotto noi chiudendolo tra le ante della portafinestra (!) … ma se lo abbiamo usato insieme per aprire e andare via al check out?! E allora vi sentiste elencare i vari problemi e danni di cui sopra come se li aveste fatti voi dicendo che già era stata disposta a passare sopra quelle cose danneggiate ma il telecomando lo aveva dovuto cambiare e questo aveva un costo ?! E in più avevamo acquistato in loco e lasciato nella casa un mocio vileda al posto dello straccio miserabile per pulire per terra (!) una griglia nuova per il barbecue e altre cose che però la proprietaria ha detto che non avevano valore perché le avevano buttate in quanto non appartenenti alla casa invece di metterle a disposizione degli altri ospiti come avremmo pensato noi …morale: non torneremo mai più in un posto dove invece meritava e soprattutto guai a voler fare L’host se non si ha idea di come si gestiscono i dettagli di una proprietà e di come si tratta con i clienti … Ps: l’host non sa neanche le procedure del sito e che poteva addebitare 100€ di danni dopo il check out senza tante polemich

Una vacanza rilassante

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa bella villa una settimana ed è fornita molto bene, ottimo il condizionatore, ho amato la doccia all' esterno! La sera il panorama con il tramonto è molto bello e dalla terrazza si può vedere ancora meglio. Cancello e giardino privato molto bello. Ve lo consiglierei ma poi rischierei che me lo prenotate e magari noi ci vorremmo tornare quindi 🤣😝
