Asa MariPaz is located in Pie de la Sierra next to the towns of Tresgrandas and La Borbolla in a beautiful valley, called “Valle Oscuru”, to the southwest of the Council of Llanes. The house is south facing and has panoramic views of the Sierra del Cuera.

There are also very good restaurants to choose from in the area. A baker visits the town every day and there are several street vendors selling fruits, vegetables, frozen and ice creams that pass through the town almost every day. It is a few kilometers from the historic city of Colombres, famous for the large houses of Indians built by rich emigrants returning from Latin America.
The “route of the colors of the Oscuru Valley” A ROUTE FULL OF COLORS IN A VALLEY CALLED OSCURU. It runs through the Carranzo Valley or “Oscuru Valley” and aims to value the characteristics and singularities of this structured valley around the Cabra River. It is a circular route of about 13 km in length with start and end in the town of Tresgrandas and that crosses the towns of Santa Eulalia, Pie de la Sierra, Cereceu, La Borbolla and Boquerizu.
It consists of 7 informative panels that refer to natural, historical and ethnographic elements of the valley, such as the Indians, the birth of the Cabra river, the mills of the river, the fauna of the surroundings, the Sierra Plana, the palaces of Braña Vieya and a panoramic view of the Sierra del Cuera, all illustrated with drawings.
