Special thanks to our design team who have done a fabulous job creating a turn key home that has everything an individual needs for a short or extended stay. There truly is no substitute that offers the same level of hospitality, accommodation and convenience as we do.

Standing 3 story's tall, the San Pedro Square Apartments sits above...you guessed it...San Pedro Square! The culturally rich square is walking distance to the SAP event center, convention center and the lively public market where over 20 unique vendors sell everything from sushi to tapas to home goods. San Pedro Square marks the epicenter of San Jose so be prepared for coffee shops, lounges and fast casual dining opportunities all hungry to have your patronage.

Apartments are tastefully furnished with kitchenettes, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker...and all things essential for daily living. Laundry facilities are located on the 3rd floor and are operated by credit card. For security purposes, access to the building and individual apartments are managed by a keyless door security software system that generates unique codes for each guest. The system also maintains security cameras which record 24 hours a day. Cameras are in all common areas which include but are not limited to the exterior front door, hallways, lobby and laundry room. Guest security is a priority in our mission statement. The San Pedro Square Apartments is the perfect example of an iconic historic building that has been brought into the 21st century.

To create the private setting our guests seek, we generally try to avoid contact with our guests. Nevertheless, we have plenty of resources to offer assistance should our guests reach out for help. Guests decide what level of interaction they would like and we are happy to oblige when we are needed.

One more item to mention, the San Pedro Square Apartments is less than a 10 minute walk to San Jose's Diridon train station. The Diridon Station is a gateway for commuters and travelers to see the entire bay area, which includes San Francisco, Berkeley, Oakland and more. It is a hub for bus lines and trains. This is yet another example of the nearby opportunities that are offered as a result of our location.

This is a great place to stay

This is a great place to stay. As I said before, it's a hidden gem! I'm glad I kept researching for the best place to spend the summer. The apartment is super comfortable and the interior design is top notch, when I was staying they were doing some renovations on the building, so if you're staying here after this summer, the chances are that you'll be staying at an even better place! You have all amenities and don't have to worry about a thing.

Nice apartment in great location

This was a great place to stay while attending a conference downtown. Lots of restaurants nearby, which was very convenient. There were night clubs nearby, and I thought it might be a little loud when I saw the earplugs on the nightstand, but I never needed them because noise was never an issue. I wasn’t there on a Friday or Saturday night though. About the only drawback I found was the shower head, which was one of those water-saver types. That’s a pretty minor issue though in an otherwise great apartment. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on future trips. The property manager, Ryan, was very responsive and helpful. Thanks for the great stay!

A cute studio in the heart of Downtown, San Jose!

Ryan's place is in a central location in Downtown, San Jose within walking distance to the San Pedro Square, Caltrain station, and many dining establishments. Parking is available in the nearby structure at $150 a month, which also offer free parking on weekdays after 6pm and $5 parking on weekends. The studio is very tidy and has weekly cleaning services. The only drawback is the obnoxious noise from the bar downstairs on the weekends and on Monday, but it is an otherwise a wonderful place to stay. Ryan is extremely responsive and attentive to your needs and made sure that my stay was absolutely satisfactory. I would highly recommend his studio!

The apartments have been designed and crafted with great care and thought. Each apartment showcasing its unique style and layout, maximizing the utility of the space. Function and character have been married to deliver a great product that we share with our guests.
