Layout

The house itself reflects the distinctive architecture of the 1970s and offers generous living spaces arranged across two levels. The upper floor features a spacious lounge with a fireplace and large windows that overlook the gardens, sea, and island of Euboea. An open-plan dining area adjacent to this space leads to a fully equipped kitchen, which is designed for comfortable family living. Expansive patio doors open directly onto wide verandas, allowing the interior to seamlessly flow outdoors while framing magnificent sea views.

Villa Salted Maple can comfortably accommodate up to ten adults and six children. The upper level features a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and two additional double bedrooms that share a bathroom and a separate toilet. The lower level has another double bedroom with an en suite bathroom, as well as a second double bedroom, and a children’s bunk room with six beds that share a bathroom. This level also includes a kitchenette and an additional toilet, offering flexibility for larger groups or families.

Designed with relaxation and entertainment in mind, the villa features a covered game room with a large TV, comfortable seating, and tables for ping-pong and foosball. Sea kayaks & Boat ramp

For guests wishing to explore the surrounding waters, the property provides four sea kayaks (two single and two double) and a private boat ramp. The ramp allows guests to launch a trailered boat directly from the property.

The villa is easily accessible. There is direct access from the parking area to the main entrance, and ramped pathways lead to the lower level, gardens, and beach for guests with reduced mobility.
