Niolos Villas consists of two autonomous villas located on a hill, overlooking the Souda bay and offering beautiful sea views.
Nestled on a hillside near the charming village of Sternes, the villa is just a 2-minute drive from the renowned sandy beaches of Marathi and Loutraki. Its elevated position grants breathtaking views over Souda Bay, offering guests an unforgettable setting for relaxation and enjoyment.
The interior design of Villa Niolos II is modern and its layout is functional, comfortably accommodating 5 guests in its 3 bedrooms and up to 6 people if necessary.
Ground Floor
Entering the villa on the ground floor, you will find a spacious open-plan living and kitchen area. The living room features a comfortable corner sofa, a coffee table, and a 55 HDTV. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, making a self-catered holiday seem effortless, while the dining table can comfortably seat up to 6 guests. The space is bright and airy, enjoying beautiful sea views, with its seamless indoor and outdoor connection.
A bathroom with a shower and a separate storage room with a washing machine can also be found on this floor.
First Floor
Ascending to the first floor, you will find two bedrooms.
Bedroom 1: This bedroom features a King-size bed (1,80 x 2,00), which can be formed into two twin-size beds, upon request. This bedroom also features a self-controlled A/C, a closet, and an orthopedic mattress, ensuring a restful nights sleep. Step out onto your private balcony to enjoy the panoramic views of the sea and surrounding area.
Bedroom 2: This bedroom features a twin-size bed (0,90 x 2,00). This bedroom also features a self-controlled A/C, a closet, and an orthopedic mattress, ensuring a restful nights sleep. Step out onto your private balcony to enjoy the panoramic views of the sea and surrounding area.
The first floor also features a bathroom that contains a bath with a shower.
Second Floor
Following the stairs to the second floor, you will reach a beautiful attic that hosts the master bedroom. The room boasts a Queen-size bed (1,60 X 2,00), an open closet, a small refrigerator, and an en-suite bathroom with a standup shower. Large doors and windows offer access to a private balcony with a sitting area offering panoramic views of Souda Bay, the sea, and the surrounding area.
Outdoor area
The beautifully landscaped outdoor area of Villa Niolos II, filled with flowers and palm trees, offers amazing sea views, as well as a variety of facilities which include:
- A private, 50 sq. m. swimming pool with a special compartment for children. The pool can be heated with an additional charge, upon request.
- Fully equipped, gas barbecue facilities with wood oven and outdoor sink
