On the 4th, and last floor (no elevator), you can enjoy two terraces facing the beach of Grand Travers, cleaned and monitored daily, in a quiet area (street privatized by terminals) with private parking, bike and pedestrian at the bottom of the building (renovated this winter), 200 meters from private beaches and less than 2km from the bustling center of La Grande-Motte.
