The Living Desert Patio Home is an oasis in one of the loveliest neighborhoods in South Palm Desert. Gently situated between Ironwood, Silver Spur Ranch and the Living Desert, you will find yourself immersed in tasteful modern architecture and flowing organic landscaping. Our patio home is simple and efficient and has all modern comforts. Our location is surrounded by desert mountains and vistas and allows for wonderful meditative sessions. We love our daily walks and enjoy what our location has to offer. In the evening, get away from it all by traveling to El Paseo's award-winning restaurants and great shopping.
Please note: Guest stay includes gas and electric charges for basic heating and living. However, any high energy use gas for pool and spa heat as well as increased use for electricity in the summer months will be assessed to guest post-stay.

We love our life between the stunning views of the Coachella Valley and a nautical life on San Diego Bay, where we maintain a sailboat at a lovely yacht club and marina. We embrace the challenges of home and boat ownership, maintenance and propriety. It's a great way to keep our quality of life at the very best. Above all, we love to meet people from all over the world, and look forward to every guest we can entertain. It's the substance of life!

This beautifully remodeled and carefully restored Mid-Century home features all of the must-have modern updates while maintaining the chic original vibe that all modernism fans are looking for. Located close to the Living Desert, high up in the South Palm Desert neighboroods. This 1 bedroom, 2 bath home has a open floor plan that features a great room with concrete floors & a wall of windows and sliding glass doors which seamlessly open up onto the patio with its very own pool, spa and BBQ. This incredible property not only has all of the comforts of home, it has all of the best vacation getaway amenities that you could want! You simply will not want to leave!
