Haarlem enjoys a perfect location, within 20 minutes of Amsterdam and with the beach as its backyard. It is not surprising that Amsterdam’s little sister is popular with both locals and visitors. From Haarlem, you can enjoy the fabulous Zuid-Kennemerland National Park, stunning country estates, seaside and Spaarnwoude recreation area. Not to forget the colorful Bollenstreek (Bulb Region) and Keukenhof gardens just around the corner.
## Transit
Getting to and around Haarlem by public transport is quite convenient. Schiphol Airport is well connected by train and will take you about 30 minutes. The capital city of Amsterdam and Zandvoort beach are both only 15 minutes away. Tram and bus stops are only a short walk away. We will share a handy website to plan your route.
By car the airport is about 20 minutes and Amsterdam 20 to 30 depending on your exact destination.

Great apartment, great location
We had never been to Haarlem before and this place was a perfect location on quiet street but just a block from a busy market square, bus stop, cafes, outdoor market, etc. We would definitely stay here again. The stairs to the upstairs loft bedroom are really tight (almost like a ladder) but there is a downstairs pullout if someone doesn't feel comfortable using them. The kitchen and living area were fantastic. We hope to come back.

Schöne Wohnung für kurztrips
Schlüssel Übergabe war schlecht. Der Schlüssel sollte in einer Tapas Bar abgeholt werden,diese war aufgrund von Stromausfall geschlossen, keine Kontakt Daten wie man an den Schlüssel kommt. Zum glück gab es einen Hilfs bereiten Nachbarn...die wohnung wurde auch sehr schlecht gefunden...es gab mehrere Türen mit der selben Hausnummer. Die Wohnung war gut...alles vorhanden was man benötigt...auch sehr zentral gelegen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden

Klasse Ferienwohnung direkt I'm Zentrum
Tür auf und man steht drin. Ein hoher Raum mit Küche,Zwei Couchen, zwei Sesseln und Lichtschacht, das ist schon cool. Tisch und Stühle sind auch da. Küche natürlich voll ausgestattet. Auf die unpraktischen, weil viel zu schnell fleckigen Steinablagen legt man am besten überall Deckchen. Vier Stück sind da. Bad ist klein,aber alles da was man braucht. Waschmaschine mit integriertem Trockner, Dusche, Handtücher, Fön, Spiegelschrank. Zum Schlafzimmer geht es eine schmale Treppe hoch. Und es ist oben niedrig. Vorsicht Kopfstoßgefahr! Wer das nicht schafft, kann unten prima auf der ausgeklappten Couch schlafen. Es ist herrlich ruhig, und wirklich nur 2 min bis zum Zentrum von Haarlem. Absolut alles prima. 5 Sterne.

Gute Lage. Zentral dennoch ruhig.
Schlafzimmer leider sehr klein.
Zugang über Wendeltreppe nicht einfach.
Großer Spiegel wäre wünschenswert.
Küche und Einrichtung ok.
