The tree of Lilo is a single-family house located in El Espinar, a fantastic area surrounded by a large number of recreational activities for all types of public. A perfect place where you can perfectly combine leisure, relaxation, culture and sports in the heart of nature.
Cozy house with spacious and comfortable spaces where you will find everything you need to make your stay a dream.
The house is divided into three floors; on the ground floor we find the huge kitchen, a toilet and the large living room with fireplace, where you can relax and enjoy the stay accompanied by all your people. For days of sun and good weather you can enjoy the magnificent porch, distributed in an area with benches and low table, ideal to relax or enjoy the outdoors, and right next to a football and barbecue.
The first floor includes the master suite, a 2-meter bed where you can relax as a "king", dressing room and full bathroom as well as a private terrace. On this floor you will also find 4 bedrooms and another full bathroom.
The last floor has two attic bedrooms: one with a large double bed, a sofa bed and own toilet, and the other bedroom with two single beds. Each of these rooms consists of a small outdoor terrace where you can enjoy good views.
It is an ideal house for large groups of 10 to 15 people
