The apartment is located a few steps from the Mercato Rionale in Piazza San Cosimato and from Piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere but at the same time in a quiet street, away from noise. Ideal place to spend your Roman holiday!
Our accommodation, with modern furnishings and high ceilings, has a large living room with a relaxation corner and a dining area, a spacious kitchen, two double bedrooms, one of which is located on a lovely habitable mezzanine.
Recently renovated bathroom with comfortable shower and bidet.
The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher, electric kettle, moka pot and various cooking utensils.
Our guests will also have air conditioning (2 split - one in the bedroom and the other in the living / mezzanine area), free WiFi, TV, central heating with termovalvole, washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board.
Towels and bed linen included.

The whole house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

Other things to highlight
At the time of check-in we will need to record the data of each guest as required by Italian law and therefore will be required to show a valid document. Please note that check-ins must be agreed directly with the structure and require a supplement as follows: - 21.00 - 24. 00: € 30.00; 24:00 - 01.00: € 40.00. Check-in is not possible after 01.00.

Upon arrival, payment of the tourist tax of € 3.50 per person per night will be requested, as requested by the Municipality of Rome.
