WE HAVE JUST FINISHED WORK ON TWO ENSUITE SHOWER ROOMS . BEDROOM ONE HAS A SHOWER AND BEDROOM TWO A SHOWER AND WC.
IN ADDITION A NEW BOILER AND HOT WATER STORAGE, ENSURE ALL THE SHOWERS AND BATH WILL HAVE HIGH PRESSURE HOT WATER AT THE SAME TIME.
FINALLY WE HAVE INSULATED OUR NORTH FACING WALLS TO KEEP DUNCAN REALLY COSY. PICTURES WILL BE AVAILABLE SOON
Duncan sleeps up to 6 adults and 2 children.
Duncan is located next to Bennett on the corner of Augusta Street and the Driftway, a small road leading to the fisherman's slope and beach.
Like Augusta and Bennett, Duncan is also in a peaceful conservation area nestled between the town centre and sea. Yet only a very short walk (a few hundred metres) from the beach, shops and all amenities.
Parking:
Off road parking for one car. On street parking is available in front of Duncan along the whole of Augusta Street and St Nicholas Pl, it is free and unlimited.
We have added WiFi internet which is free of charge and Freeview TV in the Kitchen, Dinning room & all bedrooms except the bunk room. Sky TV is in the lounge.
Please note this is a non smoking cottage.
GROUND FLOOR
Entrance Hall:
Spacious hallway providing plenty of coat hanging space and understairs cupboard for suitcases etc.
Large Lounge:
Very comfortable large four piece sofa suite, 40" flat screen television with DVD player, SKY TV complete package plus Sports & Freeview, feature fireplace (decorative feature only) and leaded double glazed bay windows overlooking front garden.
Dining Room:
Spaciously laid out with table and chairs seating eight, sideboard, 34" flat screen TV feature fireplace (decorative feature only), breakfast bar and leaded double glazed bay windows to front garden.

With dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, coffee maker and toaster, fridge and separate freezer, gas hob with extractor over, electric oven, plenty of worktops and cupboards containing all crockery and pans etc. Breakfast bar to dining room, door to rear garden.

with shower, washbasin, shaving point and mirror, window to front.
