It is located on a well-known street in the central area of Benidorm, near the beautiful L'Aigüera Park, a pleasant place with beautiful green areas and architectural elements that remind us of neoclassicism.
Important information about arrival time: The key collection time is from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM; if you wish to arrive earlier, it will depend on availability, and we cannot provide information until the day of arrival. If you arrive after 12:00 AM, there will be a late check-in fee of €45. Said amount will be charged the day after arrival or, failing that, will be deducted from the deposit.

Location fabulous really close to the town centte centre. Instructions for collecting keys etc was excellent. Apartment good size, comfy beds, air con. Nice to have the balcony to watch life go by. Places to eat directly underneath. Bathroom needs updating. Would stay again.
