Our getaway is great for those looking to go wine tasting, guys/gals retreat to go golfing, couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

If you are looking for a comfy, relaxing, quiet private home on 5 acres to enjoy the Texas hill country with a pond to walk to every evening, book the Wine Country Oasis.

If you are looking for some much needed friend time with a pool, outdoor kitchen, and fire pit at the Hudson House can provide that at our fenced in 2 acres Getaway.

Wine Country Oasis also has upgraded amenities such as: master bath 6 shower head extra large walk in shower, great for honeymoon get-a-ways! Jet tub and two sinks with vanity counter.

Master bedroom includes: TV, end tables with USB outlets, direct access to the outside deck, pool & spa.

Large guest room (main floor) includes: TV, desk, closet.

Upstairs guest room includes: (2) full beds, (1)futon sofa bed, half bath, TV, closet.

In great room there is a fold out sofa bed with the most comfy gel sofa mattress. Far more comfortable than the average sofa bed.

Kitchen: fridge, gas range oven and stove, ninja blender, coffee pot, keurig, french press, basic kitchen cooking and baking needs, we do not have an ice maker bring ice!, grilling utensils, and filtered water.

Garage Game room includes: pool table, foose ball table, ping pong table, small workout equiptment, Entertainer's large L-shape sofa, 70 inch TV, two bar top pub tables (both that have checker boards on the table top!

Our home is priced as other like-kind high amenity homes in the Hill Country. ($25 a person, per night after the first two guests.

It is mandatory outdoor speakers need to be off @10pm. Pls help us honor and respect our neighbors as well as our city ordinance.

At checkout: Turn off AC/heat, Sheets off beds & placed in hamper, dishes cleaned or in dishwasher, all guests need to be accounted for on reservation

Stay

Second time to stay here. Price had really increased. Needs a place for master bedroom guests to hang clothes up. This is a great place for a family. Nice game room. Enjoyed the hot tub. This complaint is for VRBO. The cleaning rates are really high on all their properties.

Very prompt and responsive host and expedited resolution of all issues

The property was beautiful and secluded so you can enjoy the much needed peaceful getaway with family. Our pups were welcome and loved racing around the yard. The pool was big and clean and the spa was a wonderful addition, especially in the cold weather. Overall, a fabulous stay.

2nd Annual NYE Trip

Four Couples--Great Property

Four couples spent a long weekend here. Plenty of room for everyone. Nice accommodations. Remote enough to feel secluded, but close enough to other opportunities for dining and shopping.

Drew and I are happily married with 5 beautiful, bold and brilliant children who are our everything. This getaway is our home away from home. We love taking part in outdoor adventures, we find beauty in nature, and we absolutely love making memories with some good old fashion fam fun. We are a busy family going to a fro to different sports activities and feel like uber drivers for our kiddos with all they take part in. At the end of the day, it's all about exceptional family outings and creating lasting memories.

Why they chose this property

This is a high amenity home that is considered an Entertainer's delight. With access to outdoor fun with the pool, jacuzzi, the grillers dream bar, of course we can't forget about the the grand room which is a fabulous space for all to gather to take part in laughter, and lastly the garage that was converted to a game room will not disappoint.

What makes this property unique

Far enough away to be considered a little secret getaway, yet still close to the stores and restaurants (2 miles away you have Walmart, Chick-fil-A, Canes, Culver's, HEB) and of course the Hill Country wineries in Kerrville and Fredericksburg (20 minute drive).
