Overall this property is just ok. And for the price, I expected much more. I gave it a 3 star rating due to the condition of the property. The pictures are not representative of the condition. The outside of the property is run down, the grill is broken and the middle part does not work. The gates are also broken and the porches/outdoor spaces were dirty and trash was in the yard. There is no grass or landscaping as in the picture online. The property manager needs to be more specific on accessing the river. The river is across the street. The street is a highway, cars are going 50-80 mph. It was a bit dangerous crossing the street to get to river access. You do have access to kayaks but one has a hole in it and most of the paddles are not kayak paddles, they are canoeing paddles. Accessing the river was hard. There is a ladder but for anyone with any kind of limitation this would not be something they could do.
The main house has a large living space which is nice and the furniture is in good shape. One bedroom has 6 beds. So, 8 beds share one bathroom.
Overall we had a good time, but the property is in need of work. We would not recommend or stay here again.
