Schöne Wohnung in bester Lage mit kleinen Mängeln

Wohnung in bester Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe von Restaurants, Bars, Apotheke und Supermarkt, direkt am Strand fehlende Geschirrspülmaschine, stellenweise fällt der Putz von der Wand, Farbe blättert in den Bädern von der Decke und fehlende Farbe an der Wand im Schlafzimmer, nichts schlimmes aber unschön

La ubicación, vistas, parking... Hay muchas bombillas estropeadas, las cortinas rotas y desgarradas, aspecto sucio

Excelente ubicacion

Ubicación y apartamento amplio El apartamento está un poco envejicido con grietas en las paredes y había humedades en el baño y además había un montón de mosquitos aplastados por el apartamento.

La ubicacion en primera linea y la altura del apartamento hace que las vistas sobre el mar sean espectaculares, y el tamaño del apartamento excelente para 6 personas

Puntjes op de ie

Dat de accommodatie direct aan de boulevard lag ,en heel centraal en prima parkeermogelijkheid had. Ook de afsluitbare serre was fijn. Het appartement is wel gezellig ingrericht maar het nalopen van veel details, zoals verlichting, loshangende gordijnen, niet goed te sluiten ramen vragen aandacht. Zeg maar de puntjes op de ie. !!!! Zie boven

Respecto a las llaves del parking solo tenemos un uergo de llaves y tan pronto las recogemos del cliente que sale se las entregfamos al cliente que llega, a cambio tienen una plaza privada subterranea en primera linea de playa, sin coste adicional para 1 coche

Fijn appartement

Geweldige locatie, lekker ruim appartement. Het appartement is prima, maar er zijn wel wat verbeteringen te bedenken, zoals meer glaswerk en servies, en een welkomstpakketje met een vatendoekje en afwasmiddel ed. Als er gerenoveerd gaat worden, raden wij aan om in 1 van de badkamers alleen een douche te plaatsen, zodat niet altijd in het bad gedoucht hoeft te worden. Verder staat er erg veel meubilair, 3 eettafels is wat veel. Voor de bedden raden wij hoeslakens met elastiek aan. Een afwasmachine zou ook best fijn zijn voor een langer verblijf.
