Easy check-in process, great location to Vail mountain. Kitchen was well stocked with all essentials for easy in-condo cooking. Right next to Joes pizza making for an easy dinner pick up, too. Lift was fun to watch from the porch, coffee in hand. Great place to stay in the Vail Valley, would happily stay again.
Host and property manager are excellent. Place was clean and well managed. We used some stuff and restocked everything and more for next person. What a great system. Hope to come back again.
Great condo for our stay. The bus stop is only a few steps away, extremely convenient. Owner Ron is great in accommodating our needs. The kitchen is impressively well stocked and has everything needed for cooking family meals. We had a wonderful time. Thank you!
Really well stocked condo comfortable in two bedrooms with excellent location for Vail transit system to village and slopes. It really was comfortable and really good value. First night was a bit noisy as footsteps can easily be heard from above apartment. However tenants switched after the first day and it was good thereafter. Owner had noted there was construction going on so I can’t comment on hot tub. Went to Vail racquet club which had exceptional facilities. Would go back again.
Modest condo with great location! Hot tubs and heated swimming pool greatly appreciated. Across the street from bus stop. Owner accommodatimg and easily accessible. Overall great stay!
Conveniently located( bus stop is just across the street) well-appointed place. Loved the upgraded spa shower in one of the bathrooms and the kitchen with everything you needed to cook for the family. Thanks Ron!
Nice place to stay while skiing at Vail. There is a free bus transport (pickup right across street), but we opted to pay the $30/day to drive the 5 minutes and park in the Vail lot. Well worth it for the savings!
Everything was as expected. Condo is a few steps away from the bus stop for easy access to Vail village. Check in/out was very easy. Will definitely come back!
My husband and college age sons had a wonderful stay! This condo is on the Vail City bus line, has fabulous hot tubs and heated pool and a fully stocked kitchen. We were impressed with the space and having 2 beds/ 2 baths was perfect for our family of 4. The manager and owner was polite and responsive to our needs. Thank you for the best ski trip we have ever had!
Everything was as expected. Condo is right across the street from the bus stop for easy access to Vail and Lionshead Villages. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Check in/check out was very easy. Would stay again.
Property was comfortable and a great location near the free bus. Unfortunately the people above us were very noisy. Ron was very helpful with check in and recommendations.
Over all we enjoyed staying here, until a bunch of noisy kids checked into the unit above us Thursday night. My husband actually had to go ask them to quiet down at midnight. Not being able to sleep after a long day skiing isn’t fun. Was a great place to stay and ski

Kimberly, thank you for an honest review. I never like to get anything less than 5 stars but this gives me an opportunity to improve. I've updated my condo info book to give guests more tools for handling noise including asking them to call me about it. Vail has strict noise restrictions with the owner having to pay hefty fines so calling the condo owner usually gets quick results.
Staying in Vail while our son ran the Trans Rockies 6 day race from Buena Vista to Beaver Creek
The condo was in the perfect area for our stay based on our travels each day our son did the 6 day stage race. Condo very accommodating, and well stocked. The shower head in the bathroom off the bedroom with bunk beds was well received by all. Ron very prompt the few times I had a question after we arrived. We were able to park both our cars behind one another which was helpful.
We liked the condo and it was perfect for four people. Any more might be bit crowded. The host communicated well with us. We really loved how well stocked the kitchen was! Everything we needed was there. It can be a little noisy in the stairwell but was quiet after 9 or so.Our only complaint has more to do with the way Vail is set up. The bus picks you up very close to the condo but after it drops you off it is a long walk down stairs and through the village if you wear your ski boots. Our advice is to get a locker and wear your comfy shoes.
Fantastic Condo, great amenities, feels like a mountain condo should!
The condo feels larger than 900 ft.², it has a great bunkbed in the first room with a shelf for all of your luggage and a TV. The bathroom is attached to the bedroom as well as attached to the hallway making it very convenient. Bathroom number one was updated with an updated shower, so I’m very nice features. The kitchen is also updated and you have every appliance that you will need, an air fryer, Insta pot, and all of the pots and pans for the perfect mountain stay. The master bedroom is a nice size, and adjacent to it is a master bath making it very convenient for everyone to have their own bathroom. The living area is really lovely with a fireplace, a couple of comfortable couches, and a handful of games and other welcoming things to do while you are on your trip. Highly recommend, communication with Ron is fantastic, Jacuzzis were great, can’t wait to come back!

The BEST VALUE in all of Vail
I was really pleased with our recent stay at Ron's condo. Its a great location with the Vail transit stop just outside this condo. The condo was very clean and very comfortable, and like many ski condos, it is dated and would benefit from some 'updating'. Personally, I will give up granite countertops and stainless appliances for an affordable vacation rental. The galley style kitchen was well maintained with good cookware, sharp knives, and plenty of dishes, glasses, containers etc. The Master BR was updated from these pictures and was very comfortable with a very comfortable mattress. TV, WiFi.fireplace, deck with BBQ, and a two hot tubs on the premises as well. we arrived during a snow storm and the property managers were on site keeping the grounds clear of snow. Book now before ron decides to raise his prices. Thanks Ron. Jack

Liked: Communication, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Cleanliness
Condo Roomy, Poor Communication, Not Clean
Pros: Good location, condo was roomy, nice pool, friendly and helpful property manager.
Cons:
- Not enough legal parking spaces.
- Incorrect information provided for key/entry to condo, WIFI, pool code.
- Condo not clean/fresh smelling. For example:
--Refrigerator/freezer half full with spoiled milk, juice, moldy food, etc (smelled horrible every time opened door even after throwing spoiled food away).
--Master bedroom spelled musty.
--Patio, grill, grill utensils dirty.
- No parking pass provided.

Feedback is crucial to identify problems and correct them. This was my first rental during COVID and the unit had been vacant since the ski season was cut short. In discussions with my cleaning crew we decided less touching the unit would be safest for the cleaning crew and the guest. This was obviously a mistake. I ask my cleaning crew to leave condiments in the refrigerator that won’t spoil for the future guests to use. It appears they missed a few things and the unit is rarely empty that long. COVID initially changed a lot in Vail. Fortunately things are back to a somewhat normal.
My cleaning crew is aware of this review and have assured me they will do better in the future. The crew is doing extra cleaning using products and techniques recommended by the CDC. Also we have agreed to 54 hour minimum between rentals to allow the unit to air out and have time for the extra cleaning.
Parking in Vail is always a challenge. If the complex is at capacity and guests have more than one vehicle without utilizing the double parking spots, it is possible to run out of spaces. That looks like what happened over the 4th of July holiday. According to the complex manager this does happen occasionally but very rarely.
I double checked the VRBO information that VRBO is supposed to send to every renter. The entry codes were correct. The welcome book contained the correct WIFI password and now VRBO sends that 7 days before the rental. I have absolutely no idea what happened here since she never contacted me.
Checkout instructions requests parking passes be left in the unit. In the event they forget the welcome binder states that new parking passes can easily be obtained from the complex manager and his phone number is in the binder.
In my over 30 years of renting this unit, there have been relatively few issues. In each case, the guest contacted me and I made it right. Had this guest communicated with me, I am confident we could have reached a fair solution to accommodate her concerns.
This roomy 2 bedroom / 2 bath is in a perfect location for summer fun. There are a number of great summer activities nearby including horses, train rides, hiking, and of course summer fun at Vail and Breckenridge at their Epic Discovery programs. Both have mountain coasters, putt putt, ropes courses, and Breck has alpine slides as well. This condo was very close to grocery stores, and other needs without the congestion of Vail village/Lionshead itself. The bus runs less frequently in the summer but parking in the village was easy.
The remodeled kitchen was great and the existing supplies like spices and a few groceries leftover from other renters was great. Happy to have contributed a few goodies ourselves as part of this community ;)
The carpeting could use an update but I imagine one thing at a time is being updated and it would be on the list. And with windows open, the traffic sounds from the highway are noticeable, but not problematic for us.
When we had a question, Ron was happy to respond and the check-in process was flawless. My family of 4 was very comfy and had a great week here. I would highly recommend this condo for summer fun.
