AZ02 Roof top terrace apartment, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, very close to beach
Located on the urbanisation El Pinar de San Gines, in La Azohia, this two bedroom apartment is well equipped and has a large rooftop solarium with stunning sea and mountain views.
A large table with chairs will let you enjoy to have wonderful lunches and diners on the solarium in the shade under the large awning and is a pleasure not to be missed! The solarium is an ideal spot to watch sunsets with a glass of local wine. The solarium has also sun loungers and parasol.
The accommodation has some stairs to the entrance gate and stairs to the roof terrace and comprises: living area with sofa bed and two separate chairs, dining table with 4 chairs, a DVD player, Spanish television and Wi-Fi . A balcony off the lounge offers you some views at the beautiful sea and mountains, with a table and chair set provided to relax. The kitchen has a large fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, toaster and washing machine.
All bedrooms have large built in wardrobes with plenty of storage. The main bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has twin beds. The apartment sleeps 4 people.
The bathroom has a bath with shower.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating in every room. The A/C works with a meter and 10 euro credit is included within your reservation. Extra air con cards can be bought by the local staff.
There is a communal pool very close-by. The area is ideal for families, romantic breaks, walking, nature, diving or cycling holidays. The beach is just a 3 minutes walk away.
Pets are not allowed at this property. Smoking is not allowed, on terraces only.
