It features a private swimming pool (2.5 x 4 meters) and comes equipped with all modern amenities. The villa is also conveniently situated just 200 meters from a local tavern, cafe, bar, and mini-market.



The villa's architecture is truly unique, designed to harmonize with the natural landscape and adhere to the principles of bioclimatic design, ensuring nearly zero energy consumption. The villa features a one-floor layout with a bedroom containing two single beds next to each other, a fully equipped living room with a sofa bed, a modern bathroom, and a fully equipped open-plan modern kitchen. It is fully air-conditioned and offers Satellite TV and WiFi coverage in all areas.



The owners of the villa also operate a restaurant located just 200 meters away, where breakfast can be served. Additionally, there is a café bar with stunning views of the Libyan Sea, perfect for enjoying snacks, drinks, and cocktails.



The Agios Pavlos area is known for its breathtaking beauty, boasting a fully organized, beautiful main sandy beach and numerous other sandy beaches nearby. The area is also home to many traditional and seafood taverns, restaurants, cafes, bars, and a mini-market.

    Erholung pur.

    Wir haben eine wunderschöne, ruhige und entspannende Woche in den Varkotopi villas verbracht. Obwohl es erst Ende März war, konnten wir den Pool und die traumhafte Umgebung geniesen. Das Appartement ist perfekt ausgestattet, sauber, modern, geschmackvoll mit einem wunderbaren, unverbauten Ausblick auf das Mittelmeer. Vangelis, der Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar und gab uns Tipps für Ausflüge und Restarants. Der Ort lag Ende März noch im Winterschlaf, aber das hatte auch seinen Reiz. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage. I.
