Un appartement exigu et vieillissant…à rénover…

Les contacts et les formalités avec l’agence ont été excellents. Concernant l’appartement, il me semble qu’il est dans son jus depuis quelques saisons. Il doit être devenu très rentable…il est temps d’y investir à nouveau pour le garder au goût du jour. Il mériterait d’être rénové et nettoyé de tous les bibelots anciens qui viennent polluer l’espace. Il n’y avait rien de pratique dans cette location. Même le balcon était encombré de déco inutile et j’ajoute une toile d’ombrage décrépie. Et que dire de la salle d’eaux…un placard… Concernant la résidence, agréable dans l’ensemble, mais la piscine n’est pas nettoyée tout les jours, en pleine saison c’est nécessaire. Faites passer l’information au propriétaire svp. Merci
