Maximum capacity for 4 people.
Ideal for enjoying a peaceful family holiday on the Costa Brava!
Apartment on a second floor without a lift with a lovely terrace overlooking the swimming pool. Living room with TV and direct access to the terrace.
Cook with all utensils included: cutlery, frying pans, fridge, oven and microwave.
Consists of 2 double rooms with single beds (90x190cm).
A bathroom with a bathtub.
It forms part of a beautiful communal outdoor area with a large swimming pool and extensive landscaped garden.
Ideal for families with children.
Exterior parking for a car included in the price.
Free Wi-Fi.
Washing machine.
Pets accepted only upon prior request and with a supplement.
No bookings are accepted for young people under 35 years old.

Necesita una reforma urgente este sería el
Lo mejor el complejo en el que se encuentra. Una piscina y su entorno muy bien cuidado y cerca del centro de Calella.
Muchas cosas: la limpieza en general, arreglar o sustituir cosas que están estropeadas o directamente rotas, como por ejemplo el colchón de la cama de matrimonio y renovar urgentemente otras como por ejemplo el sofá.
