Villa B is a fantastic villa with parking located just 150 meters from the beach of Sant Pol-S’Agaró.It is a 3-bedroom apartment for rent on the Costa Brava with swimming pool and capacity for 5 people: one room has a double bed, another two single beds, and the third one has a single bed. The dining room is bright and spacious and the kitchen is fully equipped. There are two bathrooms, a complete bathroom with a shower and an extra bathroom with toilet. The villa has a terrace and a garage. This is a holiday apartment on the Costa Brava, ideal for discovering this wonderful destination and spending a few days with all the comforts in your apartment.The holiday house Villa B is located in the complex Vil•les Brusi, which has a swimming pool. Is located in S’Agaró, 150 meters from the beach and close to shops.We have our office near the apartment, in the same complex, so you can ask any questions or come to say hello. We hope you enjoy your stay.The holiday apartment with pool on the Costa Brava is located in S’Agaró, a very original town, close to spectacular beaches and coves. From here you can access the Camí de Ronda, one of the most beautiful on the Costa Brava. Get carried away by the life of this village and you will fall in love with the area, the beaches and the sea.
Office hours are 10h to 14h, in case you want to come and say hello or have some doubts.

Check-in times is from 16h to 19h.A late check-in is no problem but we do have a policy (after 19:00).Please note that a late check-in carries the following extra charges:- From 19:00 to 21:00, 20€;- From 21:00 to 23:00, 40€;- Check-in after 23:00 is in principle not possible.Of course if your plane is delayed and you arrive after 23.00h, we will be there for you.

Tourist tax: Tourist tax is a local tax that we are obliged to collect and remit to the local government. The tax is 1,10 euro per person (16 years and older) per night, for a maximum of 7 nights. It is not included on the price.
