Située sur les hauteurs de la station familiale de San Feliu de Guíxols, cette location nous a bien plu.Nous avions de la place pour 5 personnes.Difficile d'être plus de 6 dans la maison malgré les 4 chambres.Les propriétaires vivent à côté et sont très réactifs et sympathiques.La piscine partagée ombragée est très agréable et nous n'avons jamais eu de problème d'affluence malgré le nombre potentiel de logements pouvant en profiter.Très propre et bien entretenu.La décoration de la maison est un peu ancienne mais ma cuisine a été récemment refaite et très fonctionnelle. Les salles de bain sont un peu anciennes et mériteraient un petit rajeunissement !Chaque pièce est équipée de ventilateur au plafond, indispensable en cas de grosse chaleur.Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable, au calme.

Séjour très agréable dans une maison espagnole traditionnelle dans un magnifique environnement.

Maison très bien située dans le quartier Sant Elm de Sant Feliu. Le centre ville et la plage principale sont accessibles à pied, même si la remontée est un peu rude mais tout à fait faisable tranquillement. Les équipements sont complets et la maison est conforable. La piscine et le parc verdoyant sont très agréables. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et accueillants tout en restant discrets. Ils sont disponibles en cas de besoin. Bref un séjour réussi et tranquille en famille !

Logement agréable

Logement conforme à la description, propre et bien entretenu. Résidence très ombragée, bien entretenue et agréable avec sa piscine centrale. Assez bien situé dans la ville (plage, marché, commerces, magnifique crique) mais il faut avoir de bons mollets (sur les hauteurs de Sant Feliu) ou ne pas avoir peur de prendre la voiture. Accueil courtois mais il faut bien parler l'espagnol 😉 Sant Feliu de Guixols est bien situé sur la côte. A proximité de nombreuses plages et criques et de villes et villages. Également à 1h de Barcelone.

Buena experiencia

El alojamiento está muy bien y los propietarios fueron muy atentos. La casa está muy bien equipada y, si surge algún problema, los propietarios te ayudan en seguida. Alguno de los días echamos en falta al menos un par de ventiladores, pues cuando los días son especialmente calurosos es difícil conciliar el sueño.

La casa es ideal para pasar unas vacaciones tranquilas en familia y amigos. La piscina es perfecta para refrescarse en verano y su jardín está muy bien cuidado. La atención de los propietarios es excelente.

Location agréable pour deux familles

La maison est grande, fonctionnelle. L extérieur est agréable, la jardin donne sur la piscine juste dernière le portail. Seul bémol, il manque un barbecue ou une plancha. La plage est proche à pied même avec des enfants, il faut juste avoir de bonnes cuisses pour remonter car la maison est en hauteur et c est très escarpé. Les criques prochent sont très jolies, le propriétaire laisse quelques brochures pour repérer les différentes criques et plages. Petit bémol, les alentours ne sont pas adaptés pour le vélo en famille, il n’y a pas de pistes cyclables. Le propriétaire est présent et très réactifs. Il vit dans la maison juste à coté, une haie sépare les jardins.

Étions deux couples avec enfants et avons passés un super séjour dans cette maison située dans une résidence agréable, discrète, avec terrasse, piscine, jardinet fleuri! Les propriétaires sont très réactifs et sympathiques. A pieds la plage, non bondée, est à moins de 10min. L eau y est claire...et chaude. La ville est jolie et pas envahie par le tourisme de masse. Des visites sont possibles a peu de km: Pals, Barcelone, Gironde, Figueras. Nous y retournerons, c est sûr ! Merci à nos hôtes !

Maison très agréable et très pratique

La maison est située sur les hauteurs de Sant féliu, pour se rendre à la plage il faut prévoir entre 15 et 20 minutes de marche et c'est parfois difficile de rentrer avec la chaleur et surtout les montées. La maison est pratique et très agréable, il manque cependant quelques bains de soleil pour nous permettre de nous reposer sur la terrasse ombragée. La piscine communautaire est agréable mais un peu froide car très ombragé. Le propriétaire est très agréable et essai au mieux de faciliter notre séjour.
