The CASA Friesia, with the apartment on the upper floor, is situated between Tossa de Mar and Lloret de Mar in a quiet urbanization. For Canyelles beach is not far away (about 1km). From the spacious roof terrace you have a panoramic view of the nearby Mediterranean. The rooms are large, bright and friendly. The house pool (6,5x4m), surrounded by a terrace and sun loungers, ideal for sunbathing and refreshing. The house has underfloor heating and can accommodate every season (included). The plot (about 800 sqm) is fenced and therefore ideal for family holidays. A wooden house with sauna and sports equipment is located in the garden.
Details: 2 large living / sleeping rooms (2 x 2 beds + 1 double bed), dining area and kitchen, 2 shower rooms, 65 m² living space, 30 m² roof terraces, 2xSAT-TV, 1xRadio / CD system, 1xDVDPlayer, ample parking space in front of the house, WIFI (optional ), Air conditioning in both bedrooms (optional), washing machine.

Not included in the rent are the following additional costs:

Beautiful Property, Excellent Location

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Casa Friesia. The apartment is conveniently located between Tossa de Mar and Lloret de Mar. Personally, we found Tossa much more enjoyable as a family. The apartment is well appointed and spacious. The photos truly represent the property. It worked perfectly for our family of 4 (2 teens). The beach is close by, but does require a drive. Walking it would be tough as it is straight downhill, or perhaps more importantly, uphill on the way back home. It was nice that the apartment came with beach equipment so we didn't have to buy much. Gunter and Kathrin could not have been more welcoming and friendly. They live in the apartment below the rental, which is great if you need anything (we had a power surge during a storm and Gunter came right up and helped us reset the main power source which would have taken us quite awhile to figure out on our own). Plus, they had excellent recommendations for restaurants and markets. We all enjoyed Tina and Anton, their dogs. All in all, Kathrin, Gunter, and their dogs make you feel right at home. Leaving them felt like you were leaving good friends. The only downside was that there were lots of mosquitos when the wind died down. Not a complaint, just so you know that you may want to pack or buy bug spray. Additionally, the wifi was excellent, but limited in a few areas of the apartment. This did not hamper us at all, as we would have preferred not to have it all all, but it's a necessary thing these days. Again, these comments are meant as informational, not complaints. We would definitely recommend Casa Friesia to family members and friends.

Nice place, good location.We had a really nice stay at the house.The owners were very friendly and helpful.They live on the lowest floor.The second floor where the pool is located is shared with the owners and above that on the third floor is the holiday apartment with a lot of privacy.Two large terraces with seats and loungers, sun and shade.Lovely tranquil sea view from both terasses,Bed was very comfortable and a mosquito net was nice to have.The kitchen is small but has everything you need, loads of glasses and plates, different pots and pans and sharp knives.You can definitely prepare a good meal there but there is also an electrical Weber BBQ that you can use on your terrace.The two bathrooms are nice and there is enough closet space and cotheshangers. In the morning the neighbourhood dogs bark but that is normal in spain.We really enjoyed the little sandy beach below the house.It is only a 4 minutes car drive (because of the steep decline it is better to use the car)The beach is sandy with calm and clear water, Beautiful rocks at the side of the beach and a few restaurants to choose from.You can hire sun loungers but also just put a towel on the sand.There is also a little harbour with a bar if you don't want to have a big (fancy) lunch.All in all a lovely little beach where you don't have a massive touristic feel like at the bigger beaches close by.Supermarket is 7 minutes drive away Barcelona 80 minutes and Girona 30 minutes,A visit to Begur is highly recommend

Die eine Woche war einfach nur Super. Tolle Vermieter, grüße an Frau und Herr Schütz. Einkaufsmöglichkeit guter Bäcker in 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Alles sauber und auch schon einige wichtige Sachen vorhanden. Der Pool ist spitze die Kinder waren kaum raus zubekommen. Sehr schöne Gegend mit Wanderwege. Tossa und Lloret auch nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto weg.

A great place to stay. We really enjoyed our time here!

We had a wonderful time in this apartment! Everything was very clean and tidy when we arrived. The view from the balcony is absolutely amazing. The apartment is spacious, with two large living areas and no less than two rooftop terraces. It’s located on the top floor; the friendly owners live below, next to the pool.Tossa de Mar is just an 8-minute drive away, and there’s a small, cozy beach with a nice restaurant about 2 km down the road – perfect for a relaxing day by the sea.

Wunderschöner Urlaub in Tossa de Mar

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Unterkunft von Kathrin und Günther. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und auf den Balkons kann man ideal in der Sonne frühstücken. Am Pool kann man sehr gut relaxen und sich sonnen. Außerdem gibt es sehr schöne Wander- und Laufwege, auf denen man die Umgebung super erkunden kann und sogar bis nach Tossa laufen kann. Die Kommunikation von Buchungsbestätigung bis zum Check Out lief reibungslos ab und wir haben uns dort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Wir haben auch vor Ort noch einige Empfehlungen für schöne Strände und Restaurants bekommen. Wenn wir das nächste Mal nach Tossa fahren, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder diese Unterkunft buchen.

Ein Traum :-)

Welch superschöne Lage! Traumhafter Meerblick, Sternenhimmel inklusive. Sehr saubere und liebevoll eingerichtet Wohnung mit toller Küchenausstattung - es fehlt an nichts - auch der Elektrogrill ist spitze. Die Vermieter Kathrin und Günter sind sehr hilfsbereit und geben tolle Tipps. Dank Fußbodenheizung war es auch Ende März angenehm warm. Wir kommen wieder :-)

Très beau séjour à Tossa de mar

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans ce logement, Tossa de mar est une ville très agréable pas loin de Lloret qui l'est tout autant.Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les petits déjeuners en terrasse et la belle vue sur la mer.Nous avons cependant été surpris de voir que les espaces extérieurs (piscine, jardin) sont partagés avec les propriétaires qui vivent juste en dessous car ce n'est pas précisé dans l'annonce. Mais il sont discrets et cela ne nous a pas dérangés. Bon séjour.

Magnifique séjour

Beste Erholung

Eine wunderschöne Anlage mit 2 Terrassen und einem Pool; Hauskatzen und ein Hund namens Fips inklusive. Die Wohnung mit 2 großen Wohnbereichen und Küche ist bestens ausgestattet - es fehlt an nichts. Die Besitzer wohnen unten und halten sich diskret zurück - sind aber zuvorkommend und schnell zur Stelle, wenn etwas gebraucht wird. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen und können das Casa FRIESIA bestens empfehlen!

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Lage

Unsere Woche in Tossa de Mar war traumhaft. Die Ferienwohnung war wunderschön mit 2 großen Terrassen mit Meerblick. Vom Bett aus konnte man den Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer sehen. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und bei der Ausstattung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir wären gern noch länger geblieben!!!

Great View - but not pricey

Overall very good stay and nice hosts , however some minor negative points , especially considering the price we have paid : kitchen way too small and no dish washer , internet connection not good , and presence of dog s owner was annoying with early morning barks etc … not good to habce good rest

Großartig !!

Wunderschönes Haus in perfekter Lager mit Blick aufs Meer. Zwei Tolle Terrassen auf denen man einen traumhaften Blick hat. Pool mit Liegen zur eigenen Verfügung. Gastgeber sind dezent im Hintergrund aber jederzeit Erreichbar für tolle Tipps zum Essen oder Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Stadtstrand theoretisch zu fuss erreichbar, allerdings geht es ziemlich den Berg hoch, besser mit dem Auto machen. Fazit; Wir kommen wieder.

Saubere, helle und sehr gemütliche Wohnung mit wunderschönem Blick aufs Meer

Die Wohnung ist sauber, hell und sehr gemütlich. Der wunderschöne Blick aufs Meer ist auch ein Balsam für die Seele. Der Pool gibt auch die Möglichkeit für die Kinder etwas mehr Spaß zu haben. Zum sehr schönen Strand hat man so ca. 20-30 Minuten Fussweg, es gibt aber auch gute Parkmöglichkeiten, die bis 22.6. kostenfrei sind. Das Vermieter-Paar ist sehr lieb und nett. Sie haben uns auch sehr gute Tips für die Unternehmungen gegeben. Vielen herzlichen Dank nochmal für einen tollen Aufenthalt. Hoffentlich sieht man sich bald wieder!

Großartig, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Hier passt einfach alles, die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, halten wertvolle Tipps bereit, sind dabei jedoch nie aufdringlich. Das Haus entspricht zu 100% den Bildern, ist sehr gepflegt und auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Klimaanlagen sind fast neu und sehr effektiv und dabei leise, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Für 4 Personen ist das Haus sehr gut geeignet mit 2 kompletten Bädern und 2 Schlafzimmern mit guten Betten. Pool wird täglich gereinigt, ist entsprechend super sauber. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir können bei dieser Unterkunft unseren Vorrednern nur zustimmen und hier wirklich nichts bemängeln.

Traumhafte Ferien in der CASA FRIESIA

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in einer top Wohnung mit lieben und sehr zuvorkommenden Gastgebern verbracht. Für Kinder sowie für Erwachsene eine pure Erholung. Die Terrassensicht aufs Meer, der Pool, die Sauna mit Meerblick und der nahe Strand sind absolute Highlights. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Amazing experience

We loved our stay here. This is the perfect place to stay if you visit Tossa de mar. Gunther and Kathrin are amazing hosts and very personable. It felt like we were visiting family. We would definitely stay here again. The views are stunning from the room and everything was exceptionally clean.
