It features a private saltwater pool, a suite, and four bedrooms, all with air conditioning and sea views. A spacious living room offers sea views, air conditioning, and a large Smart TV with fiber optic internet. There is also a large dining room with air conditioning and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen. And outside, terraces with furniture, open views of the sea, areas of natural shade and a barbecue with a glass roof, designed to enjoy the summer and any rainy day in total comfort.

The villa is located just 5 minutes from the charming town of Tossa de Mar, famous for its cobbled streets and historic walls.

The property is fully fenced, ensuring safety and privacy for adults, children, and pets.

We provide the space and privacy; planning and preparation are your responsibility. It is managed in a personalized manner and with prior coordination to ensure comfort and a unique setting.”

Automatic check-in is mandatory; however, each guest must register using the traveler form. This form will be sent to you the day before arrival; this procedure is required by Spanish regulations. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM.

If you wish to extend your stay, please check availability and additional charges in advance, bearing in mind that flexibility may be limited during the summer.

Each person must register with the police and complete the traveler form, which will be sent to them a few hours before their arrival; this procedure is mandatory in Spain.

Please note that you will need to make two payments: the first is per person per night for those aged 16 and over. The second is a €15 fee per car, payable to the security guard at the entrance to the residence. The guard will place a sticker on your vehicle, granting you access to the residence during your stay.
