Villa La Calma

Villa La Calma is located in a dead-end street in the upscale residential bay of Cala Sant Francesc, at only 1km from the center of Blanes and a 5min walk to the beach.



This villa has been completely renewed with brand new design kitchen, bathrooms and furbished with high quality furniture.



You enter the villa on street level where you’ll find the garage for your car. More cars can be parked on the street right in front of the villa.



Through a stairway you reach the villa with its ample garden with natural grass, which is exceptional in this area!

On the ground floor you’ll find the living room with separate TV room with Smart TV, dining area and fully equipped modern open kitchen. From here you have access to the back terrace with a Weber gas BBQ and ping pong table, and to the front area of the villa. Here you’ll find the beautiful garden.

Private swimming pool with an undeep part, ideal for small children. The pool has a salt-system which means no chlorine and no red eyes.

Exterior dining table and sun loungers.

On this floor there is are two bedrooms:

- double bedroom with double bed & single sofabed, with walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with bath tub.

- bedroom with two single beds and a shower cabin (ideal for kids)

These two rooms are connected to each other via the bathroom.

There’s also a separate toilet.



On the first floor you’ll find the other 2 bedrooms:

On this floor there’s another large roof terrace with a chill-out area and sun shades.

You also have access to the private club in the bay with large pool, children pool, tennis court, bar and playground for the kids. Including a remote control for private parking near the beach.



The beautiful beach of Cala Sant Francesc is at only 500m, a 5-min walk.

If you wish, you can park your car for free on the private parking near the beach. The sandy beach has water activities, a nice restaurant, showers and life guard.
