Good for a large family, but lacks comfort and safety.

Nice location for a choice of beaches. Close to shops and hospital . Tiles outside very slippery. Lighting not working. Barbeque unuseable,dirty,no tools and on the first floor. Broken chairs and table on balcony, and not enough for 11 people. Indoor sofas very dirty. Bedding clean and good.No cleaning products. Kitchen small for 11 people. Ground floor / basement should be an outdoor kitchen..Crockery and cutlery mixed and some cracked . The price is low, but basics and safety need to be addressed. It needs a good overhaul to be comfortable. Lacks comfort. Advert shows a newer version.

La casa está para reformar los lavabos los dos pierden agua por las mamparas que está en mal estado,En el lavabo de la planta baja el grifo está totalmente suelto,en la habitación de arriba donde está la chimenea hay goteras,la campana extractora no funciona,Las puertas de los lavabos no tienen pestillo,las parrillas de la barbacoa están oxidadas.Por parte del propietario nada que decir te contesta rápido a los mensajes pero debería arreglar los desperfectos que tiene.

Aufenthalt war gut, was man eventuell ändern sollte, ist die Ausstattung. Die Betten sind teilweise sehr wackelig/ unbequem. Leider mussten wir wegen den sehr vielen Asiatischen Tigermücken, die einen allergischen Schock hervorgerufen haben, früher abreisen.

Maison sans climatisation et avec une invasion de moustique. Du coup sans moustiquaire impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtre. Heureusement que nous avons amené une Clim mobile pour une pièce. Le frigo était très sale à notre arrivée. Les portes des toilettes non pas de verrou et du coup avec plusieurs personnes c’était très compliqué. Pas pu profiter du jardin à cause des moustiques. Seul point positif la piscine. Lavabo et toilette pas fixe. Ustensile de cuisine à renouveler absolument !! Ah oui pour info il faut amener soit même les poubelles tout venant en bas de la Coline. Les poubelles ne passe que pour le papier et le plastique.

Carlos le propriétaire est très sympa et réactif. la villa est bien situé proche des commerces et plages cependant elle nécessiterait d'avoir un gros rafraichissement et d'être rééquiper pour accueillir convenablement un groupe de 11personnes. La piscine est top cependant le gros point noir des vacances a été l'invasion de moustiques tigres qui nous empêchaient de profiter des transats et écourtaient les repas et soirée en terrasse. Pas de moustiquaires ni de ventilateurs donc obligé de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes malgré les moustiques. Le séjour assez sympa mais qui aurait pu l'être davantage.

La casa es ideal para viajes con amigos, aunque hay que tener claro que hace mucho calor y hay muchos mosquitos. Si van preparados, no van a tener problema. Conveniente alquilar un coche porque está un poco aislada, aunque con bus y taxi se puede arreglar.

Fuimos un grupo de 8 amigos y la verdad que la casa nos gustó mucho, y la comunicación con Carlos fue bastante buena. El único inconveniente que encontramos es que los containers de basura están muy lejos de la casa, por lo que, nos costó organizarnos por eso. La zona está bien, pero está bastante alejada de todo y la llegada hacia la casa es cansada si vas andando ya que hay mucha cuesta. Por todo lo demás bastante bien.

Por nuestra parte nos ha gustado mucho la casa, dispone de todo, lo que si que es verdad es que al principio la comunicacion con el propietario era buena, pero el ultimo dia hablaba con unas formas sobrepasadas y con actitud mala.Volveria? SíCon otro propietario? También.

La casa está pasable, la limpieza bastante mejorable, en la planta de arriba es imposible dormir hace mucha calor y las ventanas no tienen mosquiteras y si las abres los mosquitos te fríen. Hicimos vida en la planta del comedor que hay 3 habitaciones y se estaba algo mejor.Lo mejor la piscina.

Wij hebben een heel prettig verblijf gehad in het huis. Het huis is centraal gelegen. De tip die ik zou willen geven om de vraagprijs iets hoger te maken en het huis te voorzien van wat basics. Een paar wc rollen, wat koffiecups, een paar vaatwastabletten etc.

la casa era tutta sporca e impolverata, siamo arrivati e non c'era nulla in casa (ne carta igienica,sapone,lenzuola, asciugamani ecc.). nella casa c'erano alcune rotture come il battiscopa o la porta, in più al momento del check out il proprietario ci ha scalato i soldi dalla cauzione per un mobile già rotto

Sehr schönes Haus

Das Haus ist sauber und hat einen tollen Pool. Carlos und seine Frau sind sehr nett. Eigentlich hat das Haus alles was man braucht. Aber uns hat ein Ventilator gefehlt. Oder wenigstens Fliegengitter an den Festern Weil es dort sehr viele mücken gibt. Sonst war alles sehr schön.
