In a quiet, sunny position residential area (villas), traffic calmed area, 300 m from the edge of the forest, 16 km from the sea, 16 km from the beach. Private: property 1'000 m2 (fenced), beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool kidney shaped (7 x 3 m, depth 170 - 125 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 31.Oct.). Patio, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: table tennis, playroom, storage room for bicycles, central heating system, air conditioning. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house. Supermarket 6 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km. Walking paths from the house 500 m. Nearby attractions: Barcelona 72 km, Girona 33 km, Lloret 19 km, Blanes 14 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Panoramic view of the mountains and the resort. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free).
