About this property

Modernist house in a population center ideal for families

The house of approximately 220 m2 has on the ground floor entrance hall, living room, dining room with fully equipped kitchenette, pantry, bathroom and private garden. On the first floor which is accessed from the living room by internal staircase, there are 4 bedrooms, laundry room, bathroom, terrace and balcony. On the second floor a room, terrace and attic.
The house has been recently renovated and furnished, it is part of the catalog of goods of the municipality for its modernist facade work of the son-in-law of the famous architect Doménech i Muntaner.
In it resided the family of the illustrious explorer explorer of Angel Falls of Venezuela, Felix Cardona Puig, hence the name of the house, Can Cardona.
The rooms of the house, with ceilings of more than three meters high, transfer you to another era, without giving up the comforts of today.
We have taken care of all the details so that our guests enjoy the stay and repeat the visit.

Wonderful stay!

Lidia is a very accomodating, helpful and nice host! She is quick to answer texts over WhatsApp in case of open questions. The house is clean with nice rooms. The location is PERFECT! I very much recommend the stay.

Fabulous holiday home

We had a lovely stay at the house. The house is in an excellent location. You can walk from the door to bars, restaurants, the sandy beach in 5 minutes, station. There are some easy local walks. The resort is very friendly and welcoming. The house is cool , incredibly spacious and well equipped. The owner Lidia was helpful and accommodating. You could easily contact her for anything. We loved eating outside in the covered terrace area. You feel safe and relaxed at the house. We would happily go again and recommend to anyone. Great choice and really good value holiday. Thankyou!

Vacances incroyable dans cette immense maison tout pres de lambiance et de la plage ....Nous avons feter mes 50 ans a 14 personnes et franchement un espace de dingue une terrasse agreable un peu du style casa de papel...Petit bemol pas assez de couteau Les ventilateurs dans chaque chambre auraient ete un plus il y en avait qu'au 2 chambres du dernier etage et il faisait vraiment tres chaud!!!lydia est une superbe hote agreable et reactive nous reviendrons surement Merci lydia !!

Hallo Ich habe einen gastfreundlichen und schnellen Gastgeber gefunden, der meinen Bedürfnissen entsprach. Ein großes Haus für einen Urlaub mit 2-3 Familien. Im Haus fehlten uns eine Spülmaschine und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne, wie auf den Bildern im Internet zu sehen ist. Es gibt auch keine Klimaanlage in den Schlafzimmern. Der Standort liegt in der Stadt, wo Sie die Geschäfte finden, die Sie benötigen, und in der Nähe des Meeres. Eine angenehme Stadt mit vielen Aktivitäten und Shows speziell für die Region. Wir danken dem Gastgeber noch einmal und vielleicht kommen wir noch einmal dorthin.

Traumvilla in perfekter Lage

Wir Familie - 5 Erwachsene) kamen sehr spät an, konnten aber problemlos ins Haus. Lidia ermöglichte uns die Einfahrt in die Fußgängerzone, so dass wir unser Gepäck gut ausladen konnten. Diese Einfahrt in die Fußgängerzone war täglich möglich, so dass auch Großeinkäufe kein Problem waren. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten gab es auch in der Umgebung (7Min. Umkreis). Das Ferienhaus - eigentlich Villa - lag in einer Fußgängerzone in direkter Umgebung von Läden, Cafés, Bars, Supermarkt und Bäcker. Lief man die Straße vor, war man bereits am Meer - glasklar - mit einem sehr sauberen Sandstrand. Malgrat ist eine süße Kleinstadt mit leckeren Restaurants (al chile con todo - sehr zum Empfehlen), einer kleinen Seilbahn und einem schönen Markt. Nun zum Haus selbst - einfach gigantisch!! Es gibt einfach alles - eine riesige Terasse mit Tisch, Bänken, Sonnenliegen - alles mit Blumen bewachsen, ein offener Kamin, ein Esszimmer, eine große Küche und von überall hat man Zugang zur Terasse. Im 1. Stock gibt es 4 Schlafzimmer. Links sind jeweils zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und Zugang zum Badezimmer mit Dusche und Toilette sowie zu einem großen Balkon. Auf der rechten Seite auch zwei Schlafzimmer mit kleinerem Balkon. Im Dachgeschoß dann noch zwei schöne Schlafzimmer und ein weiterer Balkon. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl. WLAN gab es auch und Lidia war immer zu erreichen. Wir würden am liebsten gleich wieder kommen.

Maison proche du centre et de la mer

Cette maison est parfaite pour des vacances à plusieurs : en famille ou entre amis. Elle est parfaitement située, à proximité des commerces et de la plage. De même, le jardin ombré permet de profiter de l’extérieur au maximum.

Großes Haus in guter Lage

Wir haben in dem Haus mit zwei Familien Urlaub gemacht (insg. 4 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder). Das Haus hat neben dem Innenhof noch eine große Terrasse im ersten Stock. Wir hatten genug Platz für alle und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt in der Altstadt von Malgrat de Mar. Man kann alles gut zu Fuß erreichen (Restaurants, Supermärkte, Boutiquen). Der Strand ist in ca. 6 Min. zu erreichen (auch mit Kindern ☺️). Der Strand ist wunderschön und war nicht überlaufen, da keine Hotels in dem Strandabschnitt sind. Im Rahmen eines Festes gab es tolle Konzerte am Strand und ein wunderschönes Feuerwerk. Bei einer Bootsfahrt hatten wir Glück und haben Delfine gesehen. Barcelona ist gut mit dem Zug oder Bus zu erreichen. Lidia ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin.

Grande maison de style, avec agréable patio,proche de la plage et des commerces idéale pour des vacances familiale. Seul bémol manque des plats pour le four et surtout lave vaisselle. Et peut-être 1 ou 2 transats en plus pour les autres terrasses.

La maison est spacieuse et parfaite pour des bons repas sur la terrasse. La ville est très accueillante et très bien située (comme la maison à 2 pas de la mer!). Lidia nous a très bien accueillis et a su être arrangeante et compréhensive. Total coup de coeur pour cette maison et cette ville! Bonus pour l’hôte et sa confiance merci beaucoup!!

Maison ancienne pleine de charme

Séjour dans une maison très spacieuse, avec une cour intérieure très agréable avec les fortes chaleurs car ombragée et ventée. Seule amélioration souhaitable : une climatisation dans les chambres car difficile de faire redescendre la température la nuit. Sinon hôte très disponible et très sympathique, je recommande la maison les yeux fermés !

Uns hat es im Prinzip gefallen. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich. Leider war es auf der Straße stets sehr laut und man konnte nachts nicht gut schlafen. Auch gibt es in der Nähe keine Parkmöglichkeiten. Man muss mit den Einkäufen 500 m zum Haus laufen. Zum Meer ist es sehr nah und der Sandstrand ist sauber. Die Gastgeberin ist zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Nebenkosten werden bei weniger Leuten nicht erstattet.

Superbe séjour

Lidia à tout simplement était parfaite!! Elle a préparé notre arrivée à merveille, jusqu’à réserver des places de parking pour que nos véhicules soient en toute sécurité. La maison est très grande, authentique et agréable, avec un grand jardin pour les barbecues et les apéros! Elle est située à 5min à pied de la mer, parfaitement placé dans une rue du centre ville. Je recommande cette location sans aucunes hésitations!!

Fue el lugar ideal para pasar unos días en familia, en una ubicación céntrica, muy bien comunicado. Pudimos disfrutar de la chimenea y nos permitió compartir unas fechas importantes... La casa conserva un encanto de otra época...si es cierto que los baños eran algo escasos para los que fuimos, pero no por ello estuvimos incómodos... Gràcies Lídia per tot.

C’était une très chouette maison pour un groupe d’amis comme nous sans voiture! La mer est tout près ainsi que les commerces et ce n’est pas trop touristique. Facile d’accès depuis Barcelone. Merci pour ce séjour !

Bella casa ma problemi con le spese di pulizia

Casa molto grande e accogliente, perfetta per i grandi gruppi, comoda e vicina alla spiaggia. Attenzione alle spese di pulizia, esse sono comprese nel prezzo finale ma è necessario comunque pulire la casa alla perfezione.

La cuota de limpieza que se paga cubre la limpieza ordinaria por el uso normal de la casa. No cubre ni los desperfectos que se encontraron ni la suciedad que habia. Ya me extraño que me preguntara si habia que pagar algo mas por la limpieza. Cuando abri la puerta lo descubri.

Maison idéale pour une location familiale.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison spacieuse et très bien agencée , dotée d'un équipement pour 14 personnes . Un voisinage relativement familier et Lidia et son mari , les propriétaires dont l'accueil a été charmant et exemplaire . La plage à 2 minutes à pieds et tous les commerces à proximité n'ont fait qu'accroitre notre satisfaction ;

Très belle maison, hôte très accueillante.

La maison est très propre, très bien placée, plusieurs magasins et épiceries aux alentours. L’hôte est très accueillante et gentille. Je recommande fortement cette maison !
