About this property

A beautiful villa on a quiet spot with fabulous sea views and a great vacation house for one or two families!

Villa Bella Vista is situated in a beautiful residential bay with fantastic views of the sea, two beach areas and the Santa Cristina chapel. The secluded beaches can be reached by foot (15 minutes) or by car (two minutes).

This villa has been tastefully decorated and provides all amenities for a careless and enjoyable stay.
Shopping and restaurants in Blanes are close by and can be reached via the winding coastal road (approx. 5 minutes). The nearby botanic gardens are a must to visit during your stay. As the name of the villa implies, the view from the terraces, most bedrooms and pool-area are fabulous.

The ground floor is one stairway up from the street and leads you to the main living area, kitchen, large separate dining room and second sitting area. Smart TV with satellite and Netflix account included.

From the living room and kitchen you have direct access to the terrace with exterior furniture and a BBQ.

On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (with bath tub) and balcony with sea view. There are 2 more double bedrooms (one with a balcony) and the 3rd bathroom (with bath tub). The 4th bedroom has 2 bunk-beds to sleep four persons, great for kids!
All bedrooms have built-in closets and are equipped with ventilators. For the winter period the villa is equipped with central heating.

One level up you'll find the private pool (7x3.5 mtrs) with a terrace, sun loungers and parasol. This area has sun all day and from here you have the ultimate Mediterranean view!

Garage for one or two cars. You can also easily park on the street in front of the villa.

Il n'est qu'à 2mn de la plage en voiture. L'attitude du personnel est également très sympathique. La prochaine fois que j'irai ici, je chercherai la liste de cet agece，c'était des vacances agréables

Geräumiges, modernes Haus mit fantastischem Meerblick

Neues, geräumiges, modernes Haus hoch oben in Santa Cristina, in dem wir (2 Familien, insgesamt 9 Personen) komfortablel untergekommen sind. Der Ausblick aufs Meer ist atemberaubend, sowohl von der Terrasse als auch vom Privatpool, der nochmal ein Stcikwerk höher liegt. Verbesserungsfähig ist die Beschattung: Die Terrasse wird nur unzureichens durch ein Schilfdächlein beschattet, und der Pool oben gar nicht, es sei denn, man findet und schleppt einen kleinen Sonnenschirm aus der Garage nach oben. Und was gar nicht geht: Laut Aushang am Kühlschrank ist der Müll jeden Tag zu drei verschiedenen Containern im Umkreis von 5 km wegzufahren! Sorry, aber für den hohen Mietpreis müssen Mülleimer ans Haus - so wie bei den Nachbarvillen auch!

Très belle villa, spacieuse et dans un état très propre. L’e quartier est idéal et sécurisé. Dommage que la piscine ne soit pas sur le même palier. Ajouter des ustensiles pour le barbecue.

Amazing views and sunsets

It’s a lovely villa , amazing views. Coastal villas are a fabulous company so helpful. The beds are super comfy , good Wi-fi , very comfy all round. Swimming pool area isn’t so nice, lots of stones and weeds around the pool. The pool itself is nice but super freezing even in early September. The garden furniture is very tired now. You do have a great view though as long as you don’t mind walking up a second set of stairs. However if you want the fab views from the villa then the stairs are part of the deal. The views are outstanding and so lovely from every room that is front facing. Loved it!
