Villa Blue Bay is a beautiful villa with breathtaking views over the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding botanical gardens. Located in the peaceful residential area of Cala Santa Cristina, near Blanes, the sandy beach is just a 10-minute walk from the property.

One level up, you will find a spacious outdoor play terrace, followed by the pool deck, equipped with sun loungers and parasols, ideal for relaxing while enjoying the sea views.



Main Living Level

The villa features a large and bright living room with a comfortable seating area, dining table, and sliding doors opening onto a terrace with stunning sea views. The living area is equipped with a large LED Smart TV and stereo system.

The surrounding terrace offers shaded areas and comfortable outdoor seating.



On this level, there is also a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to another terrace, featuring an outdoor dining table, sun umbrella, and Weber barbecue. For added safety, this terrace is fenced off from the pool area, making it suitable for families with children.



This floor includes two double bedrooms, both with built-in wardrobes, sharing a bathroom with shower, washbasin, and toilet.



Master Bedroom Level

The spacious master bedroom is located on the next level and features built-in wardrobes, a safe for personal belongings, and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, double washbasins, toilet, and bidet.

This bedroom enjoys beautiful sea views and has access to a private terrace with two sun loungers and a sunshade.



Top Floor

By staircase, you reach the top floor, where you will find the recently renovated fourth bedroom, equipped with two single beds and an additional fold-away bed. This room also includes an en-suite bathroom with shower, washbasin, and toilet.

Exzellent Location, very clean, super service

The house is simply perfect for a family vacation. The location is great and the view is just wonderful — especially the sunrises. It offers plenty of space, and thanks to the layout, you can always find a quiet spot to relax. It was very clean and well maintained. The Coastal Villa team was always helpful. It was a fantastic vacation! The only thing that wasn’t so great was that we had to drive quite a distance to take out the trash.

The location, pool, accommodation and views were all very good. Not a fault of the villa but the building work next door did ruin slightly our holiday. It made staying home at the villa during the day almost impossible due to the noise which started at 8am and finished at 5pm - with no siesta time.

Service from CoastalVillas was great, especially from Melanie. The view from the terras is stunning, the pictures dont do justice. Big gas barbecue Airco on the top floor is not working properly, very loud. Toilet in first floor was leaking.

04/07/22 Very beautiful villa with sea view. All necessary things what needed from great holiday

Big bed rooms with air conditioning, enough kitchen utensils, table tennis was very nice for young people and adult for activity, very nice pool with sea view. One more parasol could be nice. We were not lucky because of terrible renovation noise from villa next to us on almost every morning and whole day.

This is a beautiful villa with wonderful views and lots of space. The double garage is great and the road outside pretty quiet whilst we were there except on Sunday when locals used it as beach parking. The pool was spotless and we had a pool cleaner turn up half way through our stay to check everything. Good quality gas BBQ and Coastal Villas sent someone out to replace a gas bottle when that got low. It is very well equipped and lots of nice touches like binoculars and table tennis bats. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach - quite steep but the beach is lovely when you get there with snorkelling etc. It is a 25 minute walk to Blanes and I would say that you need a car really as there are no supermarkets until you get to Blanes. We did a day trip to Barcelona by train (1hr 30mins) and the train service was a bit haphazard. Coastal Villas (who managed the letting) were great and always responsive. It really is as good as the pictures and high quality service provided.

Un séjour de rêve en famille ! La villa, en plus d’être superbe, est très fonctionnelle. La vaisselle notamment en grande quantité et jolie, ce qui est assez rare dans une location. Une vue à couper le souffle, sur la mer et dans la végétation. L’hôte a été très réactif à toutes nos demandes. La bouteille de vin à l’arrivée avec la corbeille de chocolats de Pâques et la bouteille de Cava avant notre départ ont été très appréciées.

Le descriptif de l’annonce correspond bien à la maison. Les procédures d’entrée et sortie sont très simples. Nous avons passé une belle semaine. La vue est magnifique, la plage est à environ 10 min à pied. Petit point négatif, le réseau Wifi est très limité au sein de la maison.

Nydelig beliggenhet. Huset var helt fantastisk. Nydelig plass, flott innredet, eget basseng med flotte solsenger og ett rundt bord ute på terrassen hvor vi kunne nyte frokost hver morgen. Vi har kjempeheldige med været og hadde det helt fantastisk. Rolig nabolag, men ikke for langt inn til sentrum med butikker, restauranter og alt du trenger.

Het uitzicht is prachtig, de locatie tussen Blanes en Lloret is praktisch, en toch heel rustig gelegen, aan een populaire baai. Goede communicatie met de organisatie Eigen vuilbakken die gewoon buitengezet kunnen worden. Nu is het vrij ver rijden alvorens de eerste restafval vuilbak te vinden.

In het huis ligt ruim voldoende info over Blanes en de omgeving. Er is een groot aanbod van lectuur, boeken en spelletjes. De tv had tijdens ons verblijf geen Nederlandse zenders

Erg ruim opgezet huis voor 8 personen, heerlijk zwembad en natuurlijk het fantastische uitzicht op de Blauwe Baai van de Middellandse zee, ‘n aanrader! Service erg goed, er ontbrak ons echt aan niets!

Ça aurait pu être magique

Dommage car la climatisation était défectueuse, que les fourmis nous envahissaient par milliers et que la propreté du logement n’était pas top. Il y aurait besoin d’un rafraîchissement. Cependant la vue était magnifique ….

Die Villa ist genau so wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Genügend Platz für 6 Personen und alles vorhanden was man im Urlaub benötigt. Hervorzuheben ist der atemberaubende Meerblick und die schöne Terrasse. Von der Buchung über check in bzw. check out hat alles super funktioniert. Vielen Dank

Très jolie vue. Maison agréable mais malheureusement pendant nos 15 jours de vacances, la villa juste à côté était en travaux et il y avait énormément de bruit de 8H du matin à 18H le soir nous n'avons donc pas pu nous reposer. Nous regrettons que l'agence, malgré nos plaintes, ne nous ait pas accorder un geste commercial. La propreté laisse à désirer, de nombreuses toiles d'araignées.

06/07/22 A great panaroma view but a steep climb from the beach to the house

The villa fully met our expectation for the location and the facilities. The pictures do not promise too much. The view from the terrace or the pool is really great. The only thing we didn't expect was that the climb from the beach to the villa was so steep. The house has everything you need. Only the many stickers with notes and instructions are exaggerated and not a nice look. Much of it could be summarised in a small folder. Some lamps on the stairs outside are defective. A few high-quality glasses for long drinks - instead of IKEA - would be desirable.
