STREET LEVEL

You access the villa on street level, where you'll find the private garage for one car. Laundry area with a washing machine.



GROUND FLOOR

One floor up you'll reach the ground floor with a bright living room with a fireplace and Smart TV.

Direct access to the terrace with outdoor furniture and a parasol—perfect for alfresco dining on warm summer nights, all while enjoying breathtaking sea views!

Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and direct access to the terrace.

On this floor there is one double bedroom, and one full bathroom with a shower.



FIRST FLOOR

- Master bedroom: a spacious suite featuring an ensuite bathroom with a double sink and douche, a walk-in closet, and stunning sea and forest views from the large window.

Great Location, comfortable villa which was adequately equipped for all our needs. Beautiful view but road noise can be disturbing, and the road affects privacy at first floor level. Total privacy at the pool area with wonderful views did compensate for this.

21/06/2023 Geräumiges, modernes Haus mit fantastischem Meerblick

Neues, geräumiges, modernes Haus hoch oben in Santa Cristina, in dem wir (2 Familien, insgesamt 9 Personen) komfortablel untergekommen sind. Der Ausblick aufs Meer ist atemberaubend, sowohl von der Terrasse als auch vom Privatpool, der nochmal ein Stcikwerk höher liegt Verbesserungsfähig ist die Beschattung: Die Terrasse wird nur unzureichens durch ein Schilfdächlein beschattet, und der Pool oben gar nicht, es sei denn, man findet und schleppt einen kleinen Sonnenschirm aus der Garage nach oben. Und was gar nicht geht: Laut Aushang am Kühlschrank ist der Müll jeden Tag zu drei verschiedenen Containern im Umkreis von 5 km wegzufahren! Sorry, aber für den hohen Mietpreis müssen Mülleimer ans Haus - so wie bei den Nachbarvillen auch!

Superbe vue, mais surtout d'en haut. Piscine à l'ombre dès 14 heures. Intérieur vétuste. Piscine mérite ravalement. Etage du haut très décevant. Ascenseur appréciable. Bonne organisation avec l'agence. Eau chaude pour une personne à la fois. Environnement assez calme. Cuisine peu équipée en vaisselle. Climatisation indépendante à chaque étage. La personne qui change les draps et serviettes rentre sans notre présence, alors que nous devions recevoir un SMS pour nous avertir. Pas d'accès aux containers présents dans le garage (cerclés). Petit barbecue pas terrible. Pas de brosse à l'aspirateur.

Wir hatten erholsame 10 Tage an der Costa Brava. Die Lage, mit der wunderschönen Aussicht auf das Meer, der Dachterrasse, dem Pool - und der Aufzug wurde anfangs belächelt, aber am Ende von allen genutzt, gerade wenn man immer auf der Dachterrasse speist. Das Haus war innen sehr sauber, die Betten waren gut und die Ausstattung ist auch sehr gut. Die Agentur war sehr zuvorkommend und der Handyman(Hausmeister) konnte auch schnell helfen. Dennoch, wir waren sehr erholt - Danke Die Außenanlage bedarf dringend eines Gärtners und Maler, die Liegen gehen beim Anschauen schon kaputt bei dem Preis könnte der Owner da mal investieren!

Wir wurden mit einem Begrüßungsgeschenk im Haus empfangen und haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Von der Dachterrasse aus bot sich ein Ausblick mit „Wow“-Effekt. Das Haus ist modern möbeliert und bestens ausgestattet. Es gibt viele schöne Plätze, in denen man Essen und gemütlich beisammen sitzen kann. Dazu kann man jedes Stockwerk bequem mit dem Aufzug erreichen. Ganz in der Nähe befindet sich ein schöner Strand, den man fußläufig erreichen kann. Dort bieten sich mehrere Möglichkeiten, um mit den Hunden spazieren zu gehen. Ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar ist der botanische Garten. Ein besonderes Highlight in Blanes ist der tägliche Obst- und Gemüsemarkt, den man unbedingt besuchen sollte. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

La casa es magnífica, espaciosa y distribuida. La ubicación buenísima!! Y la atención y rápida respuesta de Melanie y Sofia!! 100% RECOMENDABLE Debería mejorar la limpieza general tanto en el interior como exterior. Hay un gato/a que hace sus necesidades en el jardín de la casa y vas encontrándote sus excrementos!!

I like the location , the house itself , There is a small problem with the electrical outlet on the outside that should be address , it’s no watertight due to a broken lead , it’s no longer IP67. That can cause a danger .

Sea view is gourgeous. Upper pool area is Wonderful. Please announce the visit of Service guys. We do not like to have a guy being suddenly in the house. That happened twice.

Thank you very much for your feedback! The pool cleaners come by twice a week, unfortunately we can't know the exact day/time as it differs for every villa and every pool company. However they always ring the bell first but in this villa in particular you may not hear the bell if you're at the pool area... We're sorry if this caused any inconvenience.
