The apartment is located 250m from the center, in a quiet area, 600m from the beach, within walking distance of all amenities: supermarket (80m), playgrounds, restaurants (100m), transportation (100m), medical service (80m )
A lovely swimming pool with sunbathing area. At the entrance of the building a green area with playground.
A cozy apartment with parquet flooring (85m2 + 9m large terrace) spacious with a perfect distribution, ideal for families. Sunny living room with two large sliding doors to the terrace, is composed of 3 large bedrooms, very comfortable for 6 people; 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath), big kitchen with all appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, ...) elevator with direct access to the parking.
Sheets and towels included.
We will find an agreement for you arrival and departure days!
