15 minutes’ walk from the sea, 10 minutes’ walk from numerous shops, cafes and restaurants in the center of the Glifada district (a resort part of Athens).
1st floor (an elevator is available), 4 rooms - a bedroom (large double bed), a "children's" room (single bed and a sofa bed), an office (double sofa bed) plus a huge living room + kitchen with kitchenware+ 3 toilets / bath with shower / shower. In the living room and near the kitchen there are large balconies, in other rooms there are smaller balconies.
Air Conditioning, free Wi-Fi and cable TV, DVD-player, washing machine, refrigerator, electric stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, vacuum cleaner, hairdryer.
It can accommodate up to 7 adults (the 7th is on a folding bed) plus 2 children on smaller sofas in the living-room, plus a cot for a baby.
Each room has wardrobes, bed linen, towels, and toiletries.
