Spaces Bedrooms There are two upstairs bedrooms with regular sized double beds and a single downstairs, all with deep cushioned mattresses. Double bedroom 1 commands a scenic view from East to West taking in the mountains, sea and townscape. Facing the estate’s large public green opposite gives it a nice sense of spaciousness. A totem wall mounted clothes rail with adequate hanging space, a single sofa bed and two bedside tables with lamps. Double bedroom 2 is similar and also faces towards the front of the house. It also has a chic hanging rail and two bedside tables with lamps. Bedroom 3 is a single on the ground floor which is wheelchair accessible. A hanging rail and side locker.
Bathrooms A skylight illuminates the roomy downstairs bathroom, which is equipped with a walk - in shower. For those who prefer a soak, upstairs has a bath with overhead shower.
Kitchen and living area The cleverly designed open plan kitchen / living area is the hub of this cute little home. It fills up with daylight thanks to windows front and back and allows plenty of room for all to kick back and socialise. There’s a sparkling new fitted corner kitchen with built in single electric oven and hob, a family sized fridge freezer, plenty of storage space and all the standard issue quality items you’d expect from a YNA Stay home. The wooden kitchen table comfortably seats 5-6 people and has been thoughtfully placed to overlook the back garden as well as face into the main room. In the living area you’ll find a comfy corner sofa, large armchair and coffee table as well as a wall mounted widescreen television.
Outside space One of the best things about this house is the South facing green space and patio to the rear, typical of an urban residential setting but precious on a busy summer’s day in Dingle. Should you wish to take a break from the town’s gastronomic delights, here is where you can take full advantage of the outdoor furniture supplied and settle in for some outdoor dining. The Belfast sink with hose will come in handy for washing out wet gear and there is also a small garden to the front.
Facilities The utility area has a washing machine and drier. Extra storage room and coat hooks are next to and under the stairs in the hallway.

Walkable Wonder! Comfy bed, full size shower with adjustable head (super nice at 190 cms), big well-stocked kitchen, walkable to the shops, on quiet street with easy parking. You’d be hard pressed to beat this place for a stay in Dingle.
The property is in a great location- close to all the shops and pubs but also quiet. There was plenty of room for our group of four. Nice new furniture, comfortable beds, washer and dryer were perfect after traveling for a few days. It was our second trip to Dingle and would definitely book this again if we come back a third time!
Perfect location that allowed for quiet nights while keeping pubs, restaurants and attractions within walking distance. Communication was excellent and the home is just as advertised.
We will book this property again when we return to Dingle. It was clean and comfortable and beautiful, and just the right distance walk home after a night in the pub in town.
This property is in an excellent location in Dingle; central enough to walk to restaurants, shopping and attractions, but away from any evening noise. Excellent parking. Fun to have a sports field nearby and see some local games played.
Clean, well-appointed, and comfortable for 2 couples. A bit of a walk to the heart of the village. As Americans, we could have used some more specific instructions for using appliances that are quite different from what we’re used to. Would definitely stay again!
Property is nicely updated. We had 5 adults, which was a little close since the space is small. It does have a little backyard with a picnic table, which was nice. Plenty of parking right out front which is great. It's about a 2 block uphill walk from downtown, but if you are OK with that, we thought the location was perfect!
The property itself was immaculate and clearly very well looked after. The property manager was very communicative and accommodating. Set in a beautiful part of Ireland, the views were breathtaking and the close proximity to Dingle made for a fantastic location with plenty to do and see. Car parking wasn't a problem, and as we hired a car I can't speak to public transport links. We would definitely recommend this property to anybody visiting Co. Kerry.
If you're looking for a perfect spot in Dingle-this is it!!!The home was lovely, clean and a really well designed space. The pictures are great, but in person even better. It has never ending views that are just magical! It is a super quick walk to town, yet tucked away on a deadend street, quiet and peacful. Our host was the best and was always available to help. If ever we return to Dingle this would be the place to stay again! We did stay at another place right in town for a few nights, due to my mistake in booking, and it did not compare in any way to this home. This home/location was absolutely our "Happy Place" in Dingle. You will love it!!
From the moment we arrived at 11 Marian Park everything fell into place better than we expected. Parking for our car was ample. There are plenty of unused spaces in a town where car parking can be a challenge. The house is located in a very quite private area and is attractive with an interior that is clean, fully equipped and comfortable. There is a washer and dryer, the kitchen supplies all that is needed for cooking, the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are fresh and contemporary. The view of the harbor is great and the hills behind the house reveal grazing sheep and cows.
We were grateful for Rose the property manager who was responsive to our calls. We enjoyed our week stay at 11 Marian Park very much and highly recommend it for visits to Dingle Peninsula.
