Villa in a private estate of 10 Ha, bordering the sandy beach of Palombaggia and therefore having direct private access (about two minutes on foot). The property consists of a remarkable wooded part (centenary pine forest, oak grove) and a large meadow.
You will find there a vast space of unspoiled nature, calm and tranquility. You will also be in the heart of the marvelous palombaggia site, which combines the purest blue of its seabed and sky, with the most surprising greens of its centuries-old pine forests. This fully air-conditioned house has one bedroom with a 160cm bed and a second bedroom with two 90cm beds.
Each bedroom has its en-suite bathroom.
The living room enjoys a very beautiful view of the sea, the Cerbical Islands and Sardinia.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
The terrace facing the sea is made up of a table with 5 chairs and 2 sun loungers.

Wir haben uns in dem gemütlichen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch der Strand hat sein Versprechen gehalten: klares Wasser mit Fischen, Schnorchelecken, weißer Sand am sauberen Strand, über privaten Zugang erreichbar. Angenehme Atmosphäre. Pferdekoppel direkt am Haus. Vermieterin sehr freundlich. Kleiner Laden ums Eck schließt Anfang September.

La maison est située sur les hauteurs d’un domaine familial avec une vue sur la mer exceptionnel et un accès privatif et rapide à la plage de Palombaggia. La maison est parfaite pour 4 personnes, haut niveau de standing, l’accueil du propriétaire très avenant. Proche de sites exceptionnel à visiter au-delà des plages (Porto Vecchio, Bonifacio, aiguille de Bavella..) C’est tout à fait remarquable, je le recommande vivement.

Großartiges Haus und Lage

Das Haus ist noch schöner als beschrieben. Es liegt zusammen mit einigen wenigen, sehr weit auseinander stehenden weiteren Ferienhäusern auf einem großzügigen Grundstück. (Ein weiteres Haus grenzt direkt an dieses an, davon bekommt man in der Praxis aber nicht viel mit, da die Terrasse etc. nicht von dort einsehbar ist.) Ein Weg führt durch ein kleines Wäldchen und hohes Schilf in ca. 7-10 min zu Fuß zu einem der schönsten Strände Korsikas mit weißem Sand, einer kleinen Tauchschule, einem Riff und dahinter, etwas entfernt, Cafés. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen einmaligen Ausblick auf das Meer. Neben dem Haus ist eine kleine Pferdekoppel mit 3 Pferden. Die Einrichtung ist sehr hochwertig, und wir haben auch zum Kochen etc. nichts vermisst. Es gibt ein großes zentrales Wohnzimmer mit Wohnküche und Esstisch, zwei Schlafzimmer (1 Elternschlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und 1 Kinder-Schlafzimmmer mit 2 getrennt stehenden Betten) und zwei Badezimmer mit Dusche/Wanne und WC. Die Badezimmer / Toiletten sind en suite zu den beiden jeweiligen Zimmern und können nur durch diese betreten werden. Das heißt, wer sich ein Zimmer teilt, sollte in etwa den gleichen Tagesrhythmus haben. Beim Kinderschlafzimmer hat der Durchgang zum Bad keine Türe, was eine gewisse Vertrautheit der beiden Bewohner voraussetzt. Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche zu Pfingsten im Haus verbracht und kommen bestimmt wieder!

Traumhafte 11 Tage in Palombaggia

Meine Frau und ich waren vom Haus absolut begeistert und wir würden jederzeit wieder unseren Urlaub dort verbringen. Die Gastgeberin Gabrielle ist sehr liebenswürdig und freundlich, und die Kommunikation auf Englisch hat auch reibungslos mit ihr funktioniert. Besonders begeistert hat uns der tolle Ausblick von der Terrasse des Hauses auf die Bucht bzw auf das Meer. Innerhalb von 10 Minuten kann man fußläufig den Strand über das riesige und wunderbare Grundstück erreichen. Das Haus fanden wir übrigens viel besser als es die Bilder vorher ausgesagt haben.

Maison idéalement située pour des vacances reposantes

La maison est très bien située, la plage à pied, l’occasion d’une petite marche agréable à travers la propriété, remarquable par sa situation, sa surface et son calme. Autre avantage: pas de parking à payer !! Car dans ce secteur, tous les parkings de plage sont payants. La maison est très confortable pour 4, plutôt pour un couple avec des enfants. la terrasse est très ombragée quelque soit le moment de la journée. Une voiture est indispensable ne serait-ce que pour les courses, car tous les commerces sont a Porto Vecchio. La propriétaire est extrêmement sympathique et attentive au bien être de ses clients. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour (malgré les moustiques) et recommandons vivement cette location.

La maison est très agréable, dans un cadre très calme et reposant. Entourée de nature et de chants d'oiseaux. Nous avons profité du voisinage des chevaux , c'était très agréable. Charmantes Haus in toller Lage

Das Haus liegt ruhig gelegen auf einem Privatgrundstück mit Zugang zum Meer. Auf dem großen Areal befinden sich noch weitere vereinzelte Villen. Von der großen Terrasse aus hat man einen wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer. Die Lage ist optimal! Sowohl für Strandliebhaber und Ruhesuchende, als auch für unternehmungslustige Personen, da man relativ schnell in den Bergen ist oder den südlich Teil der Insel erkunden kann. Das Haus ist modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Küche war hoch modern und offen zum großzügigen Wohnraum, neu eingebaut. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr nett und ganz unkompliziert. Merci Gabrielle! Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Haus bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

Tres agréable séjour dans cette villa, on s'y sent bien des le début ; de grande baies vitrées permettent une vue magnifique ;cadre calme et reposant ; pas de circulation à proximité, ni autre nuisance , la grande terrasse ombragée ou pas est agréable et pratique ; Propriétaire très sympa ; Location qui nous a permi de décompresser. Vraiment sympa pour des habitués de la corse;

MODERN UND GROSSZÜGIG

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön, mit hochwertigen Materialien ausgestattet. Der Schnitt ist grosszügig, der Blick aus der Fensterfront auf den Strand fantastisch. Die Terrasse ist gross und teilweise von Bäumen beschattet. Der Weg zum Strand ist ein unbefahrener Privatweg, zu Fuß unter 10 min. Man kann auch mit dem Auto zum Strand fahren. Der Strand ist feinsandig, das Wasser sauber. Wir haben uns extrem wohlgefühlt.

Un séjour bucolique !!

Nous sommes une famille avec deux enfants en bas âge (2 et 4 ans) et nous avons séjourné 15 jours en mai dans cette maison. C'est une maison de vacances très calme, une vue magnifique sur la Palombaggia et avec beaucoup de cachet tant à l'extérieur qu'à l'intérieur (la décoration est très soignée et la maison très bien équipée). Chaque chambre possède sa propre salle de bain et le séjour de très belle taille donne sur le balcon avec vue. On accède très facilement à la plage : depuis la propriété, un petit chemin privé nous y mène via une pinède et en longeant le pré des chevaux (les enfants ont adoré !). Gabrielle, la propriétaire a été d'une grande gentillesse et a contribué à nous faire sentir comme chez nous dans cette belle maison de vacances... Bref, un très beau séjour reposant, convivial dans une magnifique maison...nous reviendrons, c'est sûr !
