The farm is located in a privileged position in the middle of a private property of 40 hectares; it is surrounded by fields of sunflowers, olive trees, wheat; this allows our customers to enjoy the tranquility typical of the Tuscan countryside.
The farm consists of 14 apartments, divided into three completely renovated buildings, with a large park with 2 large separate swimming pools (17 mx 8 m + 13 mx 7 m) with large solarium, 8 barbecues, children's playground, possibility long walks on the property, bicycles included in the price, covered parking.

The following services are also available to guests: free internet access throughout the hotel, our daily presence, oil and wine tasting, automatic coffee and soft drink vending machine, laundry room.

The coast of Vada is rich in large free beaches, bathing establishments, clubs, centers for fun and free time for summer holidays. Nearby possibility of sailing, windsurfing, scuba diving, horse riding, tennis.
The surrounding area of the Etruscan Coast, as is its region, Tuscany, is also synonymous with art, culture and good wine.
A few kilometers away from the farm, the Wine Road is situated, while the most important art cities of Tuscany, such as Volterra, Bolgheri, Pisa, Florence and Siena are easily reachable for day trips.
