2 weeks: Mid-stay cleaning (2 people, 2 hours): €100 + final cleaning €400

3 weeks: Two mid-stay cleanings: €100 each + final cleaning €400

💶 Tourist Tax:

€1 per adult/day (applicable for the first 7 days of stay)

❄️ Low Season (October to April):

Winter expenses (November – March): Heating €300/week

Monthly stays: Utility deposit €800/month (adjusted to actual consumption)

🕗 Late Check-In:
