To the right is a spacious, well fitted kitchen with an island unit & quality appliances, together with a further dining area, utility room & access to the double garage. To the left is a guest WC & a family room with sofas, a dining table (seating 8), large flat screen TV, gas coal-effect fire & huge floor-to-ceiling windows maximizing the sea views. Patio doors lead from here to the small but attractive and heated family pool & tiled sundeck.
