Very functional and charming family house located 2 steps from the old village of Lancieux, shops and the Grande Plage (800m). 4 large bedrooms with 10 sleeping places distributed as follows: 2 bedrooms with double bed, one of which is on the ground floor, 1 bedroom with 4 beds and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds. Separate kitchen, large living room with fireplace opening onto a south-facing terrace. 2 bathrooms, one of which is on the ground floor. 2 independent toilets. Large garden with trees and calm. Garden furniture and barbecue available.

Agréable séjour

Maison très bien équipée, on ne manque de rien, tant en matériel de cuisine que pour jeux et livres pour enfants et adultes, sans oublier salon de jardin, bbq, sèche linge... Elle est spacieuse (nous étions 9 personnes) et son jardin est très bien entretenu et tout aussi spacieux. A noter que la maison sent le renfermé et l'humidité, ça se voit sur certains murs et à la tapisserie qui se décolle... des bons coups d'aération sont nécessaires. Mais pour une semaine de présence, ça n'est pas trop gênant. Pour accéder aux plages de la côte, il faut toutefois un moyen de locomotion car il faudra 20 à 30 min à pieds, tout comme les centre de lancieux où il faudra bien 10min.

La maison est très bien équipée et agréable. De nombreux jeux sont à la disposition et sont un régal pour les enfants. Propriétaires réactifs et à l’écoute. Un petit bémol sur la propreté, ne permettant pas de pleinement apprécier la maison lors de l’arrivée.

Maison sale très poussiéreuse, cafetière non nettoyée, couverts dans le lave vaisselle, équipements ménagers vétustes, literie inconfortable, volet remplacé par du tissu à une fenêtre de toit ne permet pas d’occulter la chambre. Distance pour aller à la plage plus importante qu’indiqué sur l’annonce.

Location pont de l'Ascension

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans votre maison. Vraiment faite pour nos petits enfants qui étaient ravis de découvrir jouets et livres. Nous avons tout remis en ordre mais peut être pas aux emplacements exacts. A leur départ ils nous ont dit c'était trop bien.
