Apartment "Le Volte"
Townhouse apartment built with the vaulted ceiling in the early 1950s, with air conditioning and independent heating. Composed of entrance into the courtyard, bathroom with shower, eat-in kitchen, double bedroom and living room which also has an independent entrance from the street, it can be used as a 2nd bedroom, therefore suitable for two to four beds, the "flat" terrace can also be used as a "solarium". It is located in a municipality of the lower Salento, which has all the services and a shopping center, very close to the Adriatic Sea (scoglio) 5 minutes by car (about 3.5 Km), from Capo S. Maria di Leuca 11 Km and from the beautiful beaches of the low Jonio "Torre Vado", Maldives of Salento, etc. about 12 Km, near the famous "Zinzulusa" Caves, in Castro Marina, Otranto, Gallipoli and many other seaside resorts, in short, a strategic position to visit all of Salento below at a modest price, varying according to the period.
