Ours is a colorful home of life, a special place to feel at home! At your disposal for the spaces you need, whether you are a couple or a large family:
- 1 bedroom with a single bed and a loft with another 1 square and 1/2 bed + desk
- 1 double bedroom with master bathroom with bathtub
- 1 children's bedroom with a loft bed (and a sea of games at your disposal! )
- 1 complete bathroom with shower
+ 1 large open space of 60 sqm with kitchen, relaxation area with armchairs and sofa (+ 1 double sofa bed if needed!) .. and so much light!
There is a WI-FI FIBER connection, air conditioning and dehumidifier, Smart TV screen with Netflix and Amazon Prime TV, dishwasher, kitchen, fridge, oven, microwave oven, food scale and for those who can play ... a piano and a guitar.
The apartment has just been completely renovated: you will have the privilege of living it among the first!
