The villa is a beautiful place, quiet location but close to beach, restaurants and shops. Hosts were amazing, friendly lovely couple. Plenty of space in the villa, like a maze. Pool and hot tub Beauitful.

Overall very happy

Perfect place for our big family with a nice outside area, a clean pool and walking distance to the beach. Unfortunaly, the wi-fi rarely worked and the bicycles were broken.

This is the second time my extended family has stayed here. We absolutely love this property. It is an easy walk to the ocean; the property has everything you would need, including lots of towels, and they are VERY responsive. We cannot wait to return!

maison trés agréable en famille

Nosu avons passé d'excellents vacances à la Casa Grande. Chacun avais sa chambre et nous avions beaucoup de salles de bains. Nous avons pu recevoir des amis dans le patio, nous étions 17 sans problème. Le petit village est très mignon et sa baie est très belle. Je recommande

Schönes Haus, ideal für grosse Familien

Die Grösse des Hauses mit seinen vielen Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, dem Pool, der Lounge, der Aussenküche ist super! Wir Erwachsenen verbrachten sehr viel Zeit draussen, die Wohnzimmer wurden wenig genutzt. Die Reinigung könnte etwas besser sein. Die Geschirrwaschmaschine ist sehr verkalkt und schmutzig, dementsprechend war das Geschirr und die Gläser anfangs schmuddelig. Wir haben dann mit Salz und Glänzer die Maschine unterstützt. Küchenmaterial ist reichlich vorhanden. Pooltowels sind erhältlich. Sonst haben wir es sehr genossen und viel gegrillt. Das kleine Cafe vis-à-vis ist super, um frisches Brot zu holen am Morgen. Die Lage des Hauses ist genial. Zum Strand sind es zu Fuss ca. 10 min. Ausflügsmöglichkeiten gibt es viele. Da das Klima sehr "feucht" ist, roch es etwas modderig in den unteren Stockwerken und die Wäsche trocknet sehr schlecht. Die Waschmaschine und Tumbler haben auch ihren Einsatz gehabt. Alles in Allem verbrachten wir eine sehr schöne Woche und würden jederzeit wieder kommen! Vielen Dank Sonia und Dave für euren Einsatz! Gerne wieder :)

Pictures as real life

This villa is just as beautiful, if not more, beautiful than the photos! I stayed here this summer with 22 members of my family and it was perfect for us. The property manager was very helpful, any issues or questions we had were dealt with efficiently. We would recommend this villa for a lovely family holiday in Sao Martinho do Porto

Fab villa in great location for families and well supported by Jessica who is great.

This is a fabulous villa for families. We went as a party of 17, 5 families with 7 children aged 4 to 12 years. The villa was well equipped, pool was brilliant for the kids as was the seating area, hot tub and bbq area. Bedrooms were comfortable to sleep in and spacious. Also the villa us well placed for the bakery opposite, we visited this daily! Supermarket short walk. And great beach for family short walk too.
