New house of 140m ² with swimming pool. Near the Alpilles, you will appreciate His beautiful room of life of 50m ² air-conditioned, his parental room in rez of putting on with room of water. Upstairs, you will find 3 bedrooms (one double bed and two single beds) and their bathroom with bath. A swimming pool with terrace will refresh you throughout the summer.
Located 5 minutes walk from the village center, you will have access to all the common services (Bakery, Butcher, Primeur, Supermarket, Phamacie, Bar, Wine cellar, Tobacco press).
The property is fully fenced and secured by digicode and alarm.

First year of rental. Very competitive price (-50%) to compensate some delays of finishes (Access garage and Garden landscaping).

A deposit check of 3000 € (not cashed) will be asked on the day of your arrival.

Parfait pour une famile. Très bel environnement dans un petit village tranquille. Confortable mais il manque un peu d'equipement comme des chaises longues supplémentaires dans le jardin et des lampes de chevet dans les chambres enfants.

Belle maison modrne, très bien équipée, lits confortables et de l’espace! Situation parfaite pour rayonner dans les villages alentours, vour Avignon, Arles, sainte marie la mer… il y a tant à faire :-) Seul petit point qui pourrait être améliorer : le canapé est un peu exigu pour une famille de 5. Accueil très sympa par le voisin Vincent. La maisin est moderne, domotisée ce qui rend tout facile. Séjour agréable, piscine, calme, visites, météo tout était bien. On a proposé 2 ou 3 petits points d'amélioration avant ... de déménager !

Ruhige und erholsame Umgebung

Eine tolle Woche :-)

Wir durften 9 tolle Tage in dem Haus verbringen. Das Haus ist sauber, modern und sehr gut ausgestattet. Trotz sommerlicher Temperaturen von knapp unter 30 Grad war es im Haus angenehm kühl. Im Wohnzimmer und in zwei oberen Schlafzimmern wäre aber auch eine Klimaanlage vorhanden. Der Pool ist mit 27 Grad genau richtig, nicht zu kalt und immer noch sehr erfrischend. Tolle Größe, auch um ein paar Bahnen zu schwimmen. Für unseren großen Hund gab es genug Rasenfläche zum Spielen. Das Haus liegt in einer tollen, ruhigen Umgebung, in der Nähe zum Zentrum des Örtchens wo man zwei Bäcker, einen Metzger und ein schönes Restaurant finden kann sowie diverse andere Lädchen. Ich werde wohl noch die nächsten Tage von dem tollen Fleisch und dem leckeren Gebäck träumen. Die Schlüssel bekamen wir vom Nachbarn, Vincent, übergeben. Ein aufmerksamer, sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Mann. Wie kommen sehr gerne wieder! Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Mooi verblijf, goede uitvalsbasis voor de Vaucluse en Provence

Verzorgde, nette woning en goed gelegen. Prima verblijf gehad. Enige opmerking is dat de kamers op het verdiep wel heel warm zijn en acclimatisering boven zou het helemaal af maken.

100% privé zwembad

Het moderne huis ligt in een nieuwbouwwijk van een klein dorpje met supermarkt en bakker. Je bent snel op de provinciale wegen. Het is een ruim huis. Beneden is er airconditioning boven zijn er ventilatoren. Het zwembad is prive en fantastisch. De vriendelijke eigenaren verblijven elders.
