When you first enter this spacious, first floor condo, you will
immediately be drawn to the beautiful view of the beach and ocean. Feel yourself relax as you walk through the open living/dining area to the large lanai, and set sight on the glistening Atlantic. This condo is furnished as a true home, not just a vacation rental. Enjoy yourself out on the lanai with a cup of coffee in the morning or a cocktail at dusk and watch the waves roll across the sandy beach.

Enjoy the spacious Living Room with 'real home' comfortable furniture along with TV. The large dining room seats 6-8.

The Master Bedroom Suite with a King and TV looks out over the ocean and has it's own full bath, including a walk-in shower and full tub. The second bedroom boasts two Queens (you won't find that anywhere else ) and the third bedroom has two double beds. Both bedrooms have their own full bath and TV's.

With the King, Queens and Doubles, the condo comfortably sleep up to eight people.

The eat-in, fully equipped kitchen has all the modern appliances you need, and more to create a family feast at the beach! Plus the breakfast table that seats 4.

This lovely condo even has a wet bar off the Living Room.

Other features include: wireless internet, beach chairs, beach towels, DVD, VCR and CD players and VHS library.

Parking is available with spots in front of the building and in the underground garage.

Located right in the heart of Ponte Vedra Beach in Breakers V...shopping, restaurants, all within 5 minutes!

Comfortable home in an amazing location.

Our family stayed here (7 of us) and we each had our own private areas and also great areas to gather as a group. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to share with others. But my favorite spot in the house was the large porch facing the ocean. Also, access to the beach was very easy.

Christmas at the beach

This condo was perfect for my family's vacation. It was very clean and well maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bedrooms were big and my adult children appreciated the larger beds! Wonderful Get Away!

My husband and I were very pleased with condo. The location was excellent! We couldn't have been closer to the beach and the ocean. The long walks on the beach were great and seeing dolphins playing off shore was quite a treat. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We hope to return when visiting the Jacksonville area again.

Perfect Beachfront Get Away

Ocean Breeze was perfect for our family. The beachfront location was ideal for watching beautiful sunrises and the three bedrooms and baths provided plenty of room for our three-generation family of six to spread out, relax and enjoy the natural beauty around us. The condo was well equipped and Kendra was wonderful in responding quickly to any questions we had. We all loved the place and look forward to another visit.

The pool area was tropical and relaxing. There was a bq grill although we never used it. A coined Washer and dryer available and we used it! Seymour was available 24/7 and we sure used him! He helped us to arrange many activities. Towels and sheets were cleaned on a weekly basis as requested. Very comfortable stay and we would come back again! Great location although you need a car.
