Situated by the Catacombes and just a short walk away from the Jardin du Luxembourg, this beautiful home in the 14th is the perfect retreat for up to 6 guests. Within easy reach of the Palace of Versailles for exploring Parisian history during your stay.

The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of the building, with an elevator up to the entrance.

LIVING ROOM
The living room offers beautiful high ceilings and original cornicing features, as well as a ceiling rose. The room enjoys tall French doors out to a balcony. Two sofas make up the seating, with a central mirrored coffee table, as well as a television opposite.
This spacious room also offers a desk and chair, if in need of a study space.

DINING ROOM
The dining area is elegant in style, with a chandelier above the dining table and surrounding red and green chairs. This room enjoys lots of natural light from the surrounding windows. There is also a traditional decorative fireplace, with mirror above.

KITCHEN
The kitchen offers a monochrome aesthetic and includes all the amenities you will need during your stay, including a coffee machine.
