In a green setting, the apartment 'Ecrin Secret' is located in a Hausmannian building at the end of a secure private and quiet street, ideally located close to the metro (30m).

Completely renovated, the apartment is located on the first floor in a beautiful building. Chic and modern, you will enjoy the loft atmosphere, the space, the high ceilings with exposed beams, as well as its brightness with its many windows.
Children will love sleeping in the cozy alcove of the mezzanine looking at Paris sky from the roof window, on a confortable double bed (140 cm wide).

You will appreciate its great comfort and its high-end and modern equipment (Internet, free Wifi, iPOD / iPhone station, TV with international channels, DVD, rain shower ..).
The apartment had got an entrance with a cloakroom, going to a large living room with high ceiling, exposed beams and equipped with a comfortable leather sofa bed (140cm wide), a large screen TV with all international channels, DVD / CD player , video games.
The kitchen is opened on the living room. It has a large high table that can accommodate up to 6 people. It is fully equipped with induction hob, automatic hood, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, micro wave, oven ...). Tea and coffee will be available upon arrival.
The bedroom is equipped with large queen bed (160cm wide) with hotel quality mattress, a nice dressing room and a corner office with Internet, Wifi connection, and accessible USB plugs to easily recharge computer, tablet, camera ...
The luxurious bathroom is connected with the bedroom and is equipped with a rain shower on the ceiling and a hand shower head.
The toilets are separated and equipped with a washbasin.
The apartment is also equipped with a washer-dryer.

We had a wonderful stay in the delightful flat. Location was fantastic! Lucile is always very quick to respond and flexible on making accommodations. Beds were super comfortable and unit was quiet. We had the best time and would stay here again and a heartbeat

Ecrin Secrets was safe, comfortable and in a quaint Parisian neighborhood. Everything we needed was right there! We especially enjoyed all the cafes close by! The apt was clean, spacious and well equipped. We loved our 8 night stay!

This property was exactly as pictured and was an absolutely fantastic place to stay! Lucille is phenomenal to rent from, extremely responsive, kind and incredibly helpful. The property is so cute and not in a high tourist area so it feels like a true Parisian experience. The beds were very comfortable, the split bathroom was nice to have with a family of 4, and the place was so quiet. There are so many great places nearly for food and drinks and it is extremely close to the Metro, which was incredibly convenient. I would stay here again, or recommend someone else stays here in a heartbeat, Wonderful experience from start to finish.

We had such an awesome stay here! We traveled as a family with our teenager and this apartment was the perfect home base. Cute, safe neighborhood and close to both the Metro and train station. There are also yummy boulangeries around the corner where we got pastries every morning. We happened to visit during a heatwave, so having the portable AC was a lifesaver after walking around all day. Wonderful host and great communication. If this apartment is available for your dates, book it!

We loved this apartment! The location was perfect, quiet but with the metro less than a block away and everything you need right out your door. The apartment has everything you could need and the check in process was great. The unit was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. True Paris charm! We loved this VRBO! It was clean and perfect for 4 people. The location was 10/10. We mostly walked everywhere we went. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Paris. The host was also very easy to reach and responded quickly!

We stayed here with 5 guests. 2 adults and three teenage girls. It was perfect! The location can’t be beat. Gated common area externally and police nearby gives the ultimate feeling of security. All the stores nearby were so nice. There is a fresh fruit stand just outside with wonderful staff that loved to talk to us and hear about our day. The beds were comfortable and we used all three. The shower got hot instantly and maintained heat without issue. It was nice to have access to a washer/dryer and that worked wonderfully as well. The internet was speedy and we had no issue connecting all our devices. Most importantly the AC worked wonderfully. It may have been a bit warm to come into after a long day, but the whole area cooled down very quickly with the AC and fans which was quite nice on mid-90 degree days. We felt like this area was the ultimate Parisian experience. It is far enough away from the big tourist stops, but close enough to walk if you wanted. This area has exceptional metro access and food options. We didn’t meet another American for 3 days, yet had no issues nearby communicating in English and broken French. The options for food at all hours was more than enough along with convenience stores and pharmacy. If you are American and worried about the language, but want a legit French experience, stay here.10/10 will stay here again.

Very cute Paris flat. Great communication prior to check in, easy check in once we arrived. The flat was clean and as pictured. It is small, so if you have a bigger group it would be a squeeze, but we had 3 adult women stay with no problem. It is also in an old building so there are stairs, heavy doors and squeaky floors- nothing that bothered us but might if someone has mobility issues. Apartment itself seems pretty newly refinished, had plenty of chargers for your electronics, remote shades on the skylights and a washer/dryer. Private street made sleep time quiet. Metro at the end of the road, boulangerie and some cafes nearby. Overall, a great little place to lay your head and as a base to explore Paris.
