Superb 32 square meters studio in a traditional Parisian building with access to a private garden. Partial separation between the living area and the rest.
Design apartment, modern bathroom, central heating, Wi-fi, cable TV, CD player, modern fitted kitchen, induction stove, microwave oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine. Beautiful bedding for 2 or 4 people: A large bed + a sofa bed. Linen provided. Dishes and cookware provided.
A lively area: many good restaurants, wine bars, galleries, organic market, grocery stores open in the evening, concert halls, cinemas, theaters. Several parks and the lovely Batignolles garden with its 300-year-old trees at walking distance.
Close to Montmartre, the Champs-Elysées, the opera house, and department stores for great Parisian shopping.
Three metro stations 5 minutes away, several buses nearby to go anywhere in Paris. Several paid covered parkings available in the area.

Five-star stay! The property was very clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. We especially appreciated the extra touches that aren’t always customary with a VRBO, like coffee and a helpful book of area highlights and recommendations. Having laundry available was also a huge convenience. Overall, a wonderful stay and we would happily recommend it!

Perfect Mother daughter stay!

The design apartment was beautiful, clean, spacious & had everything we needed. It was walking distance to an extraordinary bakery, charming park, and many restaurants. It had a private courtyard & was quiet for sleeping. Catherine was a gracious & helpful host.We would highly recommend and stay again.

Awesome Stay

Our family of 4 loved staying here. The apartment was a perfect size and the location cannot be beat. The neighborhood was fantastic and close to multiple Metro lines. Cannot recommend enough!

Quiet Apartment in nice Paris Neighborhood

We spent a week in the apartment and enjoyed this quiet refuge. Close to metros, restaurants, in a real neighborhood away from the tourist centers. Easy check-in. Catherine and John live across the courtyard and are extremely nice and helpful. It may be tight for more than two people , but washing machine and other facilities worked well for us. Went to nearby Rippaile restaurant on last day in Paris and had our best meal.

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable studio with garden access. It is located in a pleasant and quiet area with proximity to many bakeries, cafes, restaurants and markets. The studio is close to three metro stations so it's easy to get around with public transport.

From the wonderful host to the delightful neighborhood to the charming accommodations, everything about our stay was simply perfect. Catherine was there to welcome us and explain a few things about the apartment. She shared information about the neighborhood and was helpful in answering any questions we had as we started our stay in Paris. I always wondered what it would feel like to live in Paris. This place was very comfortable, and Catherine was a courteous and charming host. I imagine if I ever lived in Paris, this is what it would look like for me. Close to the Metro, but far away enough from the tourist attractions that you get an authentic experience. Super place to stay in Batignolles

Excellent communication and help on arrival from Catherine who is a charming host. A very quiet clean apartment with a charming garden. A comfortable bed and well equipped kitchenette. Lots of local stores, bars and restaurants in a safe residential area also nearby to metro stations and buses. Highly recommended!
